Community Services and Youth Committee - Regular Meeting

The Commission on Disabilities discussed and approved their 2026 annual work plan and voted to form an ad hoc committee to review and propose changes to the Commission's webpage. The Riverside Police Department also presented their new Blue Envelope Program, designed to improve communication between law enforcement and individuals with developmental disabilities during traffic stops.
