This meeting is being recorded and held in person in the fifth floor conference room of city hall while staff and a quorum of planning commissioners are attending the meeting in person. Item 3, Ordinance 2026-168, to amend and reordain ordinance number 2025-152, adopted July 28th, 2025, which authorized the special use of the property known as 2300 Ingram Avenue for the purpose of up to seven single family attached buildings upon certain terms and conditions to modify the addresses included in the special use in the plans. And item four, UDC 2026-08, the location, character, and extent review of the proposed architecture for the archeological pavilion over the historic Lumpkins Jail site, part of the Chaco Campus project located at 1500 East Frankie Street. is the Consent Agenda.

Mr. Chair, no questions. I will be abstaining from item four, Consent Agenda. And I would just like to say on behalf of the project team, which I'm a member of, that this has certainly been a long time coming. It's very exciting that we're in phase two of the Chaco project, the Chaco Institute opening a few months ago. is a small but mighty piece of architecture, which is as complicated as you can imagine, being a next yard sewer and under the floodway and next to Main Street Station and a budding I-95. But for a couple of years of very hard work, thank you, Senior Project Manager Leo Manti, we've gotten to this point.

Wonderful. Please make the note that when we vote, with respect to the consent agenda that will be standing on item number four. Hearing no questions from other than that from the commission, I'll open a public hearing and ask if there's any member of the public who wishes to speak with respect to any item on the consent agenda.

Is there a council action update and upcoming items?

We do not have a council action update. They have not met since we have last met. There are a couple of items that potentially are going to be on August 4th. Currently, the only set is going to be the rear monument case. That one was continued to August 4th. And then the Lumpkins jail site should come back on August 4th, depending on the public art commission meeting. Other than that, no.

So the August 4th meeting will be the short meeting. And the next one in August will be the long meeting.

The 4th. I apologize, sorry, not the lumpkin shell. Why did you not correct me? The Chaco Streets project still has to go to the Public Art Commission. And for some reason, if Public Art Commission does not meet, they'll have to continue that item. And so that would not be on August 4th. But as long as their meeting goes as planned, then that item will be on the August 4th agenda.
