Planning Board - Regular Meeting

The 250 is getting us $250. Think it's just to keep an eye on. It'll give them an inch and they take a mile. Wait one sec. I gotta see if they keep I'll look at the code at the bottom of this. The only thing that with the voting stuff, we're a board of seven. So all our votes are based out of seven. So say we had five people here and there's a three to two vote. Oh, really? Good. Huh. And that that's gotten contentious in other places I've done it. Wow.

Just the things you pick up. That's why that's why I come to the meetings all the time because it's a new person. That's not right. Large crowd usual large crowd. There's a rope.

If they wish to speak during the public hearing, there'll be a warning at the four minute mark. Submit additional comments in writing. We didn't have any written comments either. No.

Okay. Okay. Good. When speaking, please state your name and address for the record. Only speak during your turn at the standing microphone. No side or group discussions. One turn per person to speak to the board. No d no donation or aggression of times from others. Address comments to the board, not to the applicant or audience. Speak slowly, loudly, and clearly. No foul language or swearing. No insulting, offensive, or threatening remarks or behavior. There'll be no discussion between the public and the applicant of the board. There'll be no response to your questions or comments during the hearing. Um, so I will now accept a motion to open the public hearing at 7:04. Make a motion.
