Great, thank you. I'll have a look to see if there's any public comment.
We do not have any public comment registered. Additionally, I apologize. Additionally, we have not received any correspondence on item A3. Oh, I apologize.
Sorry, I didn't put it in there.
Sorry, for item A3, we received four letters of correspondence and that has been distributed to the Reno City Council.
Great. Thank you so much, Madam Clerk. With that, we'll look for an approval of the agenda.
Motion to approve if there are no changes. Second.
Okay, we got a motion in a second. All those in favor, say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Motion passes unanimously. Thank you. With that, we move on to our first agenda item, B1, approval or cannabis returns and declarations of results.
Thank you, Vice Mayor. The unofficial results have been distributed to the Reno City Council from the Washoe County Registrar of Voters. If there's any questions, I'd be happy to answer them. There were no errors and no discrepancies to be noted.
Are there any questions or comments?
Yeah, one question. Madam Clerk, have you posted these on our website somewhere? They are on the agenda.
Once they're official, we'll post them on our city clerk's website. But up until that point, they have not yet been posted anywhere but the agenda.
But they're on the city council agenda. They're just not on our... They are an attachment on there. Well, let's see. Just making sure. Here we go. Sorry. I may have been clicking on the other one. Thank you.
That's all good. Any other questions or comments? If not, I'll look for a motion.
Yeah, I do, sorry.
Oh yeah, Council Member Ebert, sorry.
Yeah, just a quick question on process. Are these posted anywhere prior to our votes? I know that the County Commission is having the same vote today. Is every jurisdiction waiting for our official sign off before they're posted?
Nope, we will post ours as soon as this meeting adjourns We'll send it off to the Secretary of State and it will be posted on the website The results are again unofficially posted on the Washoe County Registrar voters website as well So the constituency is welcome to go on there and and verify it in advance But it's not posted anywhere on the city of Reno website except on the agenda at this time Okay, great.
So not on the register voters website or anything either it it is accessible on their website.
Yes, I
Okay. Thank you. And just to confirm, I mean, you said it already, madam clerk, but just to confirm on our agenda for today, the special meeting under item B one, there's an attachment and that has all the results of the election.
