Request Planning Commission recommendation to the City Council to for: approve a Fourth Amendment to the Development Agreement for the 1548 Maple Street residential townhome project (Project) extending the term of the Development Agreement for an additional three years with provisions for an additional two year extension subject to 1548 Maple Street LLC (Developer) meeting certain development milestones that include construction of the Blomquist Extension: and obtaining certificates of occupancy for at least 14 residential units prior to the expiration of the initial 3-year extension term. CEQA: The City Council certified the Environmental Impact Report for the Project and the associated Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program and the Fourth Amendment does not propose substantial changes to the Project and there are no substantial changes with respect to circumstances under which the Project would be undertaken or new information of substantial importance of the kind that would require additional environmental review pursuant to Section 15162 of the CEQA Guidelines. Recommendation: Adopt Resolution recommending the City Council approve the Fourth Amendment to the Development Agreement for the 1548 Maple Street Project.
