The Planning Commission discussed and ultimately denied a rezoning request for the Attain at River Oaks project, which proposed 300 multi-family units. The commission also considered and took no action on a rezoning and proffer amendment for the Project Industry data center, which sought to increase building height and amend existing proffers.
