The Planning Commission approved two applications for a future land use amendment and rezoning for a 56.53-acre property on Airport Road, north of Charles Street, to allow for a 50-lot single-family residential subdivision. The commission also approved amendments to the land development code regarding outdoor donation bins, temporary storage containers, and color regulations for murals.
