2:51 – 4:340

Okay. Thank you. Correspondence. There are a few items. One is a memo from Liz Brandness for a resol resolution for the 2025 fourth round housing element. We previously approved that on the planning board. It went to the council. They had to approve it, which they now did. Another one. on adoption of ordinance for the Burrow of Bloomingdale concerning their mere track re redevelopment plan. A letter from the state department of transportation route 287 freshwater wetlands and land associates a D letter for Hersfield project. Okay. Tonight application is PB2501 Sarah Realy 714-720 here Mcturnpike Pumpton Lakes Block 9001 lot 11 zone GWD um I spoke with the applicant's attorney because of the uh low number of members that would be here and their desire to meet with the engineer they asked that this be carried to the September date so this application will be carried to the board's September 16th meeting there will not be any further the notice provided. Um, but this hearing, this meeting, that that application will go forward on September 16th. Thank you. All right. The next item we have is a resolution for 61 and Q Avenue PB2502 block 2400 lot one zone DR A2. There was two resolutions in your package. One has an X on it because it was an original draft. The other one is more current and is an approve app provable version.

4:31 – 6:060

Yeah. What happened? I I sent out the uh draft uh around uh last week. Uh after that I spoke with um the applicant's attorney who had two requested changes. Um they are conditions. There's a few little typos and and they're getting the approval from they're getting the uh parking spaces from the P County affordable housing, not Pay County and like one or two little things. But condition seven and condition 8 got slightly changed. Um they are really the approval of the fire department. There had been an unconditional uh do whatever you know you have to do whatever the fire department says. They wanted to list them out and so I spoke with Mr. Keading John Keading who's on the board is the fire official and he's okay with what seven and 8 are now. Um but they changed it to be um they're still going to provide the standpipe FTC and NOX box and also that the fire department will confirm that it meets all applicable safety codes. And then also Mr. Keing put in and the applicant agreed with number eight final construction plans to provide that the entrance drive and island shall contain curb height and profile sufficient to allow fire trucks to enter without obstruction to be confirmed by the fire department. His concern was that the curb was going to be too high. they wouldn't be able to navigate that turn. Applicant was fine with that. So, those are the two changes from really what was submitted was circulated to you last week. Thank you. Okay. So, we have to vote on this. Does um I'd like to have a motion to approve the resolution and uh then we'll discuss it briefly. Anyone want to make that motion?

6:05 – 6:490

I'll make the motion. Okay. Paul second. Okay. And I'm sorry, who was Let's see. Okay, so motion and res second. The application was approved by us. Uh, does anyone have any questions or comments for the attorney about this um resolution? Everybody's okay with it? Okay, we'll call for a roll call vote then. Mr. Simone, yes. Mr. Trost, yes. Mr. Bulby. Yes. Um, uh, Councilman Quinn.

6:47 – 7:300

Patrick. Yes. Mr. Foster. Yes. Okay. Thank you. That's approved. All right. The rest of the agenda has um basically nothing left. Is there any uh new or well first of all I don't see anyone in the audience so I'm not going to open to the public secondly uh is there any new or unfinished business that anyone needs to bring up seeing nothing uh anything you can no chairman well I think in that case I'll look for a resolution I mean a motion to adjurnn second call all in favor I

7:300
