When you fill that out, you actually have to set up the site, set up the name, set up all that, and then fill it out once. Once you fill it out, it carries over from year to year. You just go next, next, next, unless something changed. But if your first time doing it, you do have to fill out information. And and you do have to do it or you will get fined. Everybody's done it except for the old-timers. was in terms of term term on the planning board. Sorry. What's my password? Find your password. Yeah. In your shop to remember. I was just saying that's all. Yeah. My hair wasn't gray when I started. Um, seeing there's no one here, I guess we won't have a public discussion. We can close that part of the meeting and uh, unless anybody else, anybody here on the board have any old, new, unfinished business. I'll just let you guys know that you will be seeing an application from and not a not a redevelopment application. So, it's just coming to you guys. Uh, we're on top of Krower's um, liquor store there and pizza place. Uh everything from the 002 over from the beta place over there's a little alleyway most turn. Yeah. From there they'll be coming in with a project. They don't want to do a redevelopment so it'll be coming to the you guys. Yeah. I thought
that was all one building until after last meeting and I actually Yeah. It's about this wide, right? It's a little It's tiny but that actually used to have two stories on it. Somebody might know that. Yeah. Yeah, it did had two stories on it. They actually lost a fireman in that building. Is that where 1970? Was it 74, John? 74. Kill. That's where it was. That's where it was. Yeah. Yeah. It was on the crowser side. There was a meat market in there. Unfortunately, uh 74. Yeah. May 14th before we got here. Yeah. Yeah. So, that's um probably going to be scheduled for May if everything goes through. And then we have uh another one and I'm not sure if that's going to be coming in or not. We're still waiting for the big work. Okay. Anything else? And 61q just came in. Well, I should say, yeah, 61q, which is the old gas station, did get approved by the council. So, it's ready to move to the the final phase. I just got everything in so hasn't it's in the in the beginning process too. They they are still trying to work out just because part of the issue was and I'm sure you're all aware the tower lives there and he's had some he's lived there a very long time and he's done a great job for the town but he never had parking that came with his building and they're trying to get in one or two spots. The county has to approve what they're asking to do. So the developer Susans are working with the county and and us to try to see if we can get them spots that the county would have to approve because it's on some of their space. And if they do, we maybe can get them one or two spots to run their building which they need because the elder couple up there and they want to try to find a place to get it in now. And that building is going to remain that building has nothing to do with the project, right? That building just next door. Yeah. Yeah. Anything else? North Legion Street, the uh water company. Did they file permits
yet? The water pump. Um, no, not yet. Okay. Yep. Still looking at that garage. That's the viola project. Yeah. No, they haven't um filed anything yet. Um they just finally gave me the uh revised plans or the um the revised plans that we agreed on and uh waited for signatures and I finally got all that back. So the engineers have it. So now we just waiting for their building permits to come in. Oh, okay. Very good. Thank you. So that took a little while cuz it was uh was going back and forth with the uh um some of the documents and stuff. Okay. Okay. Anything else? Motion for adjournment. Make a motion to adjurnn. Second. All in favor? I I Okay. Wow. You've run a good meeting. 11 minutes.
