This place is located near the deck of the Atlantic Boulevard in the eastern part of the inter-coastal waterway. This is the northern part of the place where the easement should be used. Here you can see the two easements that are required to be used. The 7-foot utility easement shown in orange and the 5-foot utility easement shown in blue. The proposed development plan is Port Mixuse Project. This plan has an approved site plan and development order. All the No Objections required for the application have also been handed over. There are three limitations in those letters. I will explain about the limitations of those three No Objections in the next slide. The utility department and the engineering department of the city have the same obligation, i.e., to remove the sewers in the ground before removing the easement and to rebuild the manholes according to the standards of the city. The AT&T's No Objection Act requires that the construction of the land in the 2400 East Atlantic Boulevard should be abolished, and the removal of property and land rights should be discussed and completed by the AT&T and the developer in Tamil. The request for the use of this easement is good enough for the people to accept it as our code of values governs. The city utility department, engineering department, and AT&T are required to provide the necessary facilities before the city commission. Thank you.
