REZ 26-1 – Rezoning Petition – Approximately 11.41 acres located at 1560 NW 66th Avenue, Des Moines, being located on the south side of NW 66th Avenue, approximately three-quarters (3/4) of a mile east of the intersection of NW 26th Street and NW 66th Street, within Section 3, Township 79 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M. (Saylor Township).

Petitioner: Godwin Family Trust, Joel Alan Godwin and Marae Lyn Godwin, Trustees (Property Owner), 6400 NW 6th Dr., Des Moines, IA 50313-1130, represented by John Nilles with Nilles Associates, Inc., 1933 SW Magazine Rd., Ankeny, Iowa 50023.
