Thank your honor. Um, like to make sure everybody is aware that the water department's consumer confidence report is out. You should have received it if your utility bill. Um there is a direct link which you can go to um which po is posted. It's also on the front page of the city's website and also if somebody wants a uh paper copy uh they just have to fill this out and drop it off the city office and we will um we will deliver that to them. We'd have to do whatever they would like just so they have access to it. The uh next item I have is the uh asphalt repairs um on our emergency repairs during the winter season. Uh those are taking place right now. We should have all of them done by the end of uh this week. Uh the asphalt plants have opened, so we able to use the hot mix asphalt which is uh a much durable material. So that should all be uh back in order uh before we start our next round of projects. Um, next item is the uh water leak at the Red Rock. I don't know if you want to discuss that now or later.

Um, that's a Is that a council thing? That's later on.

Is it okay? Um, yeah. Well, we wait on that. I have Thanks, Danny. Uh Dan, good evening. Um after a reviewing the bids for the street projects, um and finding everything in order, I would recommend that you award the project to the low bidder, which was ENV paving. Um that being said, uh this would exceed the budget that we have for our share and so I recommend that we do all the streets except for nutmeg and we'll have to postpone that till next year. So the low the the amount will find it 69. would be. Let me do some math here on my calculator.

would be the amount would be1,783,72.34 $49,580.79 would be the Price's pond job which would be part of the park budget. So the street portion would be1,734,121.555. So, if you would kindly um approve recommend or approve uh awarding a Joshua VMBB for all the streets except for nutmeg.

I think that's what I'm asking. Nothing. 49,589. That was the 64,48.35. So we're looking to approve 1,734134. We're looking to approve 1,734,000. No, because Price's Pond would be also in that bill. Dennis. At our last meeting, we tabled um a discussion for the Red Rock I So we we got a couple parts to the red rock. We got a couple parts. Okay. Well, while I'm up here, I do have bring it up to your attention. I did issue an emergency order to vacate at 405 Clark Street today. Um, apparently I have to hold a hearing on this. So, I have to send out a modifi modified letter to the property owner, but there's no appliances, no cooking. The water's been shut off since 21 and apparently somebody's staying in there. Yeah, I heard I heard about this. So, we're going to be putting that in a future

for the job. Would that be the next wave?

Yeah. So, typically an order to vacate requires 10day notice and a hearing. Uh because it was issued today, obviously, we couldn't give the notice for this meeting. Um, but Dennis does have authority if he deems it an emergency situation, he can issue an emergency order to take action immediately, but it still does require a hearing. So, I've I've suggested that Dennis reissue an amended order scheduling a hearing for your next board of public works and safety meeting, but the emergency order can still go into effect immediately. Wow. Okay. I I found out about this on Friday and I was already out of the office by then. Came in this morning, reviewed all the footage, reviewed the complaint form and issued the emergency order.

And this came from another agency or came from another agency. They were doing a check and notified me of it. Very good. Okay. Thanks. See,

good evening. Um, happy to report we've received our infocus final um analysis. Uh, it was kind of a long long process, but uh I think part of that was due to the fact that we were really dealing with three different entities with center and west township. Also we had to gather a lot of information from them. Um we had a lot of call data to gather and things like that. So uh the guys that from in focus that worked with us uh did a great job even including switching fellows in between there. Um but they worked really well with each other and passed on the information and were able to conclude it in a in the end. I know it seemed like a long time but it was a timely manner I felt uh for the information we received. Um, with that, uh, we're developing a committee, uh, fondly, I think named PFD forward, uh, just kind of see where we're going. Um, so as of right now, uh, it's we have, uh, the mayor, uh, Ed Marquette, Art Jacobs, Mike Jimenez, Paul Matthew, and Jake Bover, and myself all on the committee. So, um, we have, uh, basically three volunteers, three full-time and the mayor sitting on it to kind of discuss things. And, um, I, the people I chose from the staff, um, I chose for certain purposes, just, um, how they are in the department, where they came from, things like that. So, we'd get a good like even platform to deal with. So, we're going to be looking over.

Did you know this? I know it.

Yeah. Okay. I've been in Morocco so don't blame anybody about it though. Um yeah, so we are uh developing a time now to meet I think for the first time next week uh to start this process. Uh going over the fee schedules for some different things that we're looking at as well as just the overall um analysis that they gave us on how to move forward uh with our we kind of operate right now with three different with volunteers with part-time with full-time. Um and so we're learning how to uh move forward both with gathering basically as much as we can with more of all three um the best we can as far as numbers and just really making a push to uh increase our numbers all the way across the board with personnel. So uh any questions

you got your hands on but yeah but it's all right. We're getting there. So well you know um that would be great. That's why we we did the initial finding stuff and um now we take this that work and really the maybe you know I say the hard work begins now. Right. So in your packet is a proposed memorandum of of understanding between the Plymouth Police Department and Plymouth Community School Corporation for School Resource Officers. Um you know, this is very similar to the uh contracts we've had in the past. Uh the most recent one was up for renewal this year anyway. So we took a close look at it. I worked with the clerk treasurer to confirm the salary information from last year and we had a discussion with the school administration about that. So the the only two significant changes to this are the increased contract amount which is based on actual salaries for those school resource officers and then it also includes an automatic 3% increase each year. Uh there's some speculation in those numbers. It's hard to pin down an exact salary number that's attributable to the school, but we think this is pretty accurate and uh we think that the 3% increase will account for inflation and additional costs going forward. Like I said, we uh met with the school administration to discuss this. They've also reviewed this and given tenative approval. If you approve it tonight, then it'll go to the school board. I believe their meeting is next week for their final approval. I I looked at this and I communicated to you Jeff um to me this is very reasonable. It's it allows for escalation for the next couple years which we've had in years past. It's been locked and you know we've fallen behind. Um my conversation with representative from the school as well uh he felt that this was as is fair as well. Um then I think it's a win-win for both parties. And this is to me this is probably the best agreement we've had over the this be the third agreement I believe.

Yes. Once this started and to me this is the best one that uh provides equitable responsibility for both parties. I I support it personally. So, I'll make a mer motion to approve the theou. I'll second that. I I should note there was one other change and that is the number of days in in the past. Um it called for the SRO to be in the schools for 180 days which is the number of total instruction days. Uh the school indicated that uh with e-learning days throughout the year they felt they only needed 175 days. So the calculations are based on that. Yeah, still reduced number of days, but still fair and my motion still stands.

I just wanted to make sure that you're clear on Yeah. all the details.

That's what I was talking and I want to say say the same thing. I I think it's fair. It's a good start. Thank you, John, for putting the time in, Jeff. And I think that it's a lot more recordable than it was. And I think that came on board and did an excellent job. So, um, the only concern I have is is and and it's not a big deal and and I'm not going to make a big big deal about it, but what's concerning is that is is that on the weekends and I don't know what happens when they go to school functions or whatever the case is. Um, will that overtime out of the budget fall into the city's lap or is that something that they pay for themselves? Question. The contract doesn't call for the SRO's to be at school events outside of the school day. So if if they are paid overtime, that would be if if they're working, then I believe that would fall under the city. If they're on duty, if they're off duty, then they wouldn't be paid.

So the city would absorb that contract

if if they're required to be there. Okay, Lyn, is it possible and not to cause weight, but is that something that we can track as far as the whole school year is to see where it was actually? That that's all I'm going to ask. Is that the hustle or is that going to be a pain in the butt for you? So during this current school year, there were um several occasions that the officers were at school for overtime um for different school events. So I don't know if the school requested them to be there or if the police chief requested them to be there. The police requested them to be there, then it would be a city function. If the school requested them to be there, then to me it would be a school function that they're requesting them there during off school hours.

And I don't know the specific instances where that happened, but it may also be a situation where if they requested that the police department provide officers just for security, it makes sense to send the SRO's. Um, I don't know if John has any additional insight into that, but yes, on school prom, I sent uh Bridget. I asked both of them if they wanted to go and I think I got them both going this year because well, last year I think it was Mishawaka. Um, but yes, I want our officers there to help protect our students. So, um,

And I had Bridget go to the football game down at Indianapolis because once again, I think we should support our school and I want our officer there to for security purposes. But other than that, I can't think of really anything. As far as high school football games, our officers go in and out of their regular visit. Bridget goes there on her own and I think the school pays her on, you know, they do their thing, but the big things I do have them go too. Sure. So, and that's for you. Yes. Cool. Thank you. The water sewer bill was the one that we denied. The first item, which is the uh asking for the extension for the demolition order. We did ask Donnie though to investigate, go out and check the meter. You just report on that.

We did. Uh I did meet Mr. Patel at the Red Rock the following morning. Uh we did observe the uh the water meter the low side of the water meter was still leaking. Uh the leak detector was still uh registering. Um, we did go out um the following day and we tested all water sources uh that we could see uh storm drainage and and items like that to see if we could detect any chlorine where maybe a leak was getting into a storm sewer or something like that. We didn't find any. Um so we um we have it scheduled uh to test the meter on May the 19th. uh that's when the city's testing all their other large meters. Uh we do a certain portion of them each year and uh we did find that the uh the valves at the meter do not work. Um and that's part of the reason that they weren't tested last year because the the valves were inoperable. So, what we're going to do is we're going to step back and control it at the main, but we have to coordinate that with the U Mike Anderson's auto because it'll also control his water also while we test it. So, uh we're trying to line that up uh and do it when uh just save everybody some cost uh to do it the 19th. Um and we'll have that one first on the list. So, that's pretty much where we're at right now. We have not been able to find a leak. So,

yeah. Okay. I do know that Dennis uh manual, the building inspector, uh he did uh mention that the uh that he had noted a leak and at his water softener. I don't know if Mr. Patel has inspected that. Um but I'm not aware um I wasn't aware of that even until Dennis mentioned it tonight. So, and the water heater is in the hotel side. Yeah. Okay. All right. So, where are we? I don't know on him paying that bill. The bill was paid the next day. It was paid. Okay. And so so

I guess at this point, unless we find a different finding, then we will not I mean we won't be refunding anything at this point. Unless we find that the meter is inaccurate. Yeah. So that kind of takes care of that part of the Red Rock. Dennis has Unless you guys more on that part. Um yeah, the the one day that I was driving past and noticed people out there and Mr. Patel was having um he can speak on that. I believe he had somebody showing up to take photos of the different rooms or whatever and he actually showed me in the mechanical area. Believe he said it was a water softener that there was there was water on the floor.

Okay. So there obviously was a leak in there. Whether or not he had that fixed and that's the reason, I don't know, but there was a leak at one point in that room. Okay. I Okay. All right. I can't access the building. So, yeah. Yeah. Not that I want to, but Okay. All right. So, that stands as it is until we have anything else. So, very good. Now, let's uh you've already taken it off the table for the demolition part of this. So, yes.

Um I believe I seen I thought I seen the contractor on there also. If not, um his contractor did get registered. They did apply for a permit today. We don't have any IDM reports. He has not done any IDM testing. Um, still do not have a bond. Apparently, there's problems getting a bond. I don't feel is it's really our fault. Okay.

Because that was the order was issued back in November. He waited this entire time to get a bond. Okay. So, the the remedy to that would be possibly fines, correct,

for not getting that. And Jeff, would you explain to us some of those options? Well, if if you recall back in November, um you affirmed the building commissioner's order, but you stayed the fines with the additional requirements, including that, uh he get a $500,000 demolition bond within 30 days. And it wasn't until recently that we began having conversations with Mr. Patel. Um he's was struggling to get that bond. Um, however, I leave it up to Dennis to make a recommendation. You have the option now to impose that fine that you stayed. Um, which was a $2,500 fine at the time based on the

there was 2500 per order per site citation. So, there was two of them that I cited. Well, that was Yeah, that was the specific one for the demolition um was a $2,500 and then there was a $25 fine for the uh remediation that was ordered as well. So, there were two separate $2,500 fines that you you again you affirmed the order, but you stayed the fines with those additional requirements. So, I believe Dennis's recommendation is that you impose those fines now because they're not in compliance with the requirements of that order.

And that order actually if he did not fulfill his portion of it, they went retroactive. So means that they would retroactive. The initial initial order, modification order was issued October 17th. I gave 14 days to comply to get basically that was the vacate order to have all the testing done. He did not comply. That got per his request. If he demoed out the building, we would forgive all those did not comply. So my calculations, it's would be two fines of $2500 plus an additional for the repair those 90 days, you get an additional $1,000 fine. So he has an additional $1,000 fine. and Wednesday would be another additional $1,000 fine.

Now, is that per 1,000 per citation or 1,000 total? The the repair order is the only one that we can do the 90day conditions. So, that's six, right? Right. Okay. Um, don't go far. I'm not Mr. Patel would you like to speak on this at all?

Yes sir. Uh we tried last couple of week several bond company but finally they denied because of they say there is a no situation for to buy like a owner has to do that there is a contractor has to do that but we find today one of the company that name is a merchant bond company and I hire my attorney and he's online he's he can say something today he's L. Yes. Um I was just aware of this about an hour ago. Um I learned a lot recently but um we did find a bond company for Mr. Patel which seems to be quite agreeable. Contact them today. I'm not sure if they issued it or not, but he seems to have difficulties getting a bond on himself with other places and but he's able to get this um contractor to get a bond, but for some reason that's not acceptable. Not sure why. Okay,

that's basically all I know about it right now. Yeah, you just you're just new on the case, I guess. did have some discussions today with the demolition company. They were willing to investigate having the bond issued in their name. However, uh I my understanding is they were not willing to do that because that would make them responsible for the full $500,000 if for some reason the demolition wasn't completed. And so they were not willing to take on that potential liability.

Okay. The um bond company we found is Merchants Bonding Company. It's in uh De Mo, Illinois. But we're looking into that. So wait, you're you've look you're looking into it and you feel like it's favorable. Is that what you said? Or you've already Yes. commitment but not the contract yet. Contacted them today. past experience, they they do work with owners in our our clients before. This should not be a problem. And you are parallegal, Bryant, attorney of law, Denise Green.

Okay. But I've done all the footwork and um so and we have past clients. It should not be a problem. Uh Mr. Patel understands that that bond can should be in an ownership. So, I've contacted them and the agents and he's in the middle. So, this should happen. Okay. Well, thank you for getting involved. It's I'm actually I'm glad to see that you your your firm's involved in this at this point. So, that's good. Um, thank you. So, I think we know where you're at on it now, though. I'd like to make a comment, Robert. Okay.

And I just the whole thing just doesn't sit well with me. Uh, Mr. Patel last week or two weeks ago rather

got a little technology us or him um him lost he'll call back um Well, as I was saying, it's good that we have an attorney that's working on this, but that doesn't, you know, I think, you know, this should have been done a while ago. So, we do have a decision to make on the um penalties, right, and the fines. So,

and my recommendation as far as fines is the two $2,500 fines plus the $1,000 fine. And if we don't have the bond issued by Wednesday, it'll be an additional $1,000 fine Wednesday of this week. Wednesday of this week, which will be the 29th.

So, one option on that is if you decide to impose the initial fines, the two $2,500 fines plus the additional $1,000 for the delay in compliance. Um, that would be total of $6,000. The next $1,000 that would be eligible on Wednesday of this week, you can delay a decision on that until your next meeting. Oh, we can. And that would give you time to find out if the bond is issued. And at your next meeting, you can decide whether to impose the additional $1,000 for non-compliance or hopefully Dennis can report that they were successful in providing the bond.

Okay. I don't know if we're going to get Dig back or not. He's trying to Well, I we've we've been dealing with this thing

beyond that and there's been a lot of time and a lot of effort on everybody. Uh I'm going to make a motion. I think I shared Dave's frustration. Um, I think he's spot on and I would make a motion that we impose the two fines of $2,500 each plus the $1,000 uh in not I'm sorry, in non-compliance. Am I saying this right, Jeff? Yes.

Okay. For a total of $6,000. If this bond is not achieved or obtained by the 29th, then an additional $1,000. I I want to go ahead and just move forward with it. Um if this bond is not obtained by the 29th of April, which is Wednesday, then an additional $1,000 to be applied to the fines. That's my motion. I'll second that. Um because it's in the estate, we have to get it out of the estate before any action can be taken. Um at one point there was some discussion with Dr. Marshall about the city purchasing it. That did not move forward. So, it's no longer on the table, but as far as taking any further action, it's really hard to do it while it's in the estate.

And I say last I last I looked at the building, everything was still boarded up, secured other than he wanted access at the front door and we allowed that. So, as long as that front door is still locked and everything stays boarded up and secured, I would almost any chief John, have you had any calls there? No.

Okay. Why I drove by there the other day just to check see if any orders were down or anything and doesn't see anything. So, just I don't know. I told you before, but we were working through that deal with him and then all a sudden no correspondent, no we wouldn't hear hear back from anything. Well, we found out later that, you know, he was in hospital and this and that and passed away in I think December and so that's how we Yeah. Yeah. Thank you. Like I said, nothing can be simple. We ask Lord that you continue to be with each and every one of us as we share our thoughts and concerns on whatever comes before us. Let us be the example for other municipalities and communities and states throughout this country and and let them follow us is how we conduct our business on a weekly and monthly basis. Lord, we thank you for our employees. We thank you for their what they do for our citizens. We thank you for what you do in terms of providing safety. Be with them as well. We ask Lord that you continue to be with the mayor and this administration as they continue to lead this uh lead this city through the next several years. Lord, we continue to ask that those who are hurt and we ask that you just be with them and put your healing hand upon them and let them know that everyone is with them. Um that's where all additional appropriations are now advertised. Uh this additional appropriation is for the general fund fire department for $26,384. This is for class A uniforms for career and volunteer firefighters. The second line item and that's under supplies. Second line item is we're back to the HOA grant. Um there is additional engineering work uh through lock Mueller or the NIPCO debacle um for an additional $1,782 that was not appropriated for in the current budget. This will be under other services and charges.

So the 1782 is what we as a city has to pay. Yes. NIPCO was responsible for the they they've already reimbursed us. What? They're going to reimburse us. Nothing further in the contract we agreed to work.

Dan, do you know? Um this is for uh the construction inspection, the final um documentation, the IND dot. Um in my opinion, it should have probably been built a lot sooner, but I don't I didn't know exactly that it was coming this year. Got you. Thank you. Well, who else? Well, there's those are the only two uh additional appropriations at this time. And and just to be clear, Lynn, the 26,000 that is all inclusive now. That's that's the revised number upward to include everybody. Correct.

Um, and I I would just like to ask a question and I don't know because um, but if you drive down between the city buildings and the post office to mail a letter, it that's dreadful. And I know we do not pay valleys and it's I guess it's an alley,

but if they ever have any leftover asphalt from some of these things that we're doing, can they fix it? So, we do pay alleys, but uh our budget's been tied up other places last couple years. The last time they did a bunch of alleys might have been four years ago, maybe five. I don't know. It's been a little bit, but that we're working on that actually. Um so, Dan is um taking a look at the our section. So what you see it's if you our alley where the rut goes down all the way it's really I think it's going to end up being on their property. But long story short we're working on that. I've been working with post uh master and we're going to give him an estimate on what it cost and maybe we can do a combined thing next year's budget.

Does that answer it? That that's about what we're doing, right? Yeah. So yeah, I know that's probably the heaviest traveled uh alley in Florida. Yeah, it was beautiful. And uh All right. So that's one more thing. Okay. Um we didn't have a a spec specified city council cleanup day, but I think that I would just like to encourage everybody to clean up around your own neck neck of the woods. you know, I mean, you don't have to have a special day to do it, but uh, you know, be a good citizen. Just make it look nice. Now that you said that, I can speak to that.

Yeah, we've got there is a date up, right? So, usually it's in April for the Marshall County cleanup. Yeah. And this year, just because um there's been so many different organizations that have gone out and cleaned up around businesses like we've typically done around Wendy's and I know um the Republicans did right behind Kroger's and that kind of thing. So, what she's trying to do this year is challenge those businesses to kind of maybe clean up their own areas so that way we can concentrate efforts in other areas that may not be specifically owned by businesses. So, that's kind of what she's working on.

Uh I'm sorry, Marshall County Solid Waste, Maryanne Peters. Yes. So, um so that's kind of what she's doing. I don't know that there's any real pre dates there, but um I think we can chat with her a little more and kind of figure out what she's doing exactly because it's all coinciding with Earth Day and that kind of thing, which is all right. Yeah. And you know that too. So places you want to mention it.

This is a transfer of appropriation from the fire department equipment fund to the fire department tool fund in the amount of $3,17243. This is to buy tools for your engine.

yes. Okay, next is resolution number 2026-1199, city of Plymouth, Indiana slum and blight spot basis declaratory resolution. Uh Kyle pointed out to me that that title is a little bit unwieldy. Um I did not draft this. So I can't take credit for that particular title or the language of the format. Um this resolution is part of the process. Uh, as you know, the city is applying for an ochre grant for restoration of the exterior of the historic firehouse and part of the process is to declare that particular property a blighted property and therefore it would be eligible for okra funding for that restoration. So, we're asking you to approve this resolution declaring the firehouse property blighted. Make go ahead.

And in other business, I do have a one Marsha County update for you. Uh we had a recent uh board meeting and several of the committees have been very active. Um the housing and infrastructure committee specifically has actually split into two committees. One specifically for housing, one for infrastructure. There's a lot of work, a lot of people. So decided to divide that up. Um the housing committee is working with the newly formed community development corporation and their uh first major project is to do um a more detailed housing study. Basically taking the recent studies from United Way and the one from MCO down to a um more detailed level within each community. Both of those reports give us a good countywide overview, but they want to take it a step further and create a tool that you we can use with developers to show them, you know, specifically within the communities. This is what the demand is for the size and types of housing even to the point of identifying locations within each community. So, that's a next step that will hopefully help them in their efforts to uh develop more housing options across the county. Uh the infrastructure committee is also working on uh some detailed studies. They want to do an infrastructure inventory in partnership with Marsh County Economic Development Corporation. It'll do two things. Number one is it will help to better identify the locations for incoming businesses when they come to Greg and MCDC and say we need this much power and this much water and this much natural gas. um he'll be able to give more detailed answers of not only where land is available but where that land can support their projects. Uh it will also help to identify within each

community across the county where they can improve their um appeal to potential businesses by increasing those capacities and developing uh the infrastructure. There's also committee working with the rural health grants, rural healthcare grants that the state is distributing. Uh we are in a very strange uh region. Uh it's not a group of counties we're used to working with. They include uh um Newton, Jasper, Palaski, Stark, Marshall, Fulton, and part of Elcart counties. So, one Marshall County is really taking the lead on behalf of Marshall County to work with the uh representatives from across that region to identify uh potential projects for that grant funding. Uh one Marsh County also strongly supported the IEDC arts initiative grants um the Lily Foundation funding that was part of ready 2.0 but uh took a little longer to roll out. Um that deadline was April 15th and I know there were several applications across Marsh County. The one Marsh County helped to coordinate as well. And of course one Marsh County is supporting the city of Plymouth's Okra grant application for the historic firehouse. They provided support and letters of recommendation to assist with the that grant application. So those are some of the highlights of the work that One Marshall County has been doing. uh still we're getting very close to hiring that first employee to do uh primarily marketing support for the various nonprofits that have helped to fund that position. So there should be an announcement for that coming very soon I think.

Also, uh Ty Adley couldn't be here tonight. Uh he's at a conference. Um, so I'm going to give his uh comprehensive plan update and we had a full meeting last week um to get updates from the various committees. I'm not going to go into the detail. Uh I'll just say that several committees have been very active. There's a long list of what they've been working on and what they're planning in the upcoming months. If you'd like more information about that, reach out to me or to Ty and we'd be happy to discuss it. What I do want to highlight is um Ball State University has been working with us, a group of students from the planning department working on with us on a comprehensive plan addendum focusing on the northeast neighborhood basically from Michigan Street East um from the railroad tracks north and then bracketed by US30 and US 31 to the uh north and east. they have completed their draft and we've had a couple of comments on it. Tai's been working with them to uh finalize that and hopefully in the next month we'll have that final um plan addendum and it will then go to the plan commission and ultimately to you uh asking you to adopt it as an official addendum to the comprehensive plan. So we should have that final report um sometime miday and we'll be distributing that for your review. Separately there's another group of Ball State students from the historic preservation um division of the planning department that have been working on some plans for the downtown area focused primarily on the historic firehouse and the current fire station and that general area around Center Street. They also are working on a final report that we expect to receive

sometime midmay. Uh Maycog is started work on an update to the 2015 downtown parking study. Uh with some of the changes downtown, we felt that it was appropriate to do an update to that. Um it shouldn't take uh too much for them to do because they're building on the existing study. They just want to see if the findings and assumptions are still correct or if anything needs to be changed. It will take a quite a long period of time though because they want to study it over the course of the spring, summer, and fall so that we capture things like the farmers market and the uh mayor summer of music and events at the Reese Theater, things like that. We want to make sure that we get a good overview of different times and days to get an accurate picture of the parking trends downtown. Um, and of course, uh, we we've talked several times about the planning that's going on around the airport for future expansion and development, not just of the airport property, but the planning for the region around the airport to support that. So, those are the updates from the comprehensive plan. Uh if you have any questions, I'm happy to answer them. Otherwise, that's all I have.

Hey, uh Jeff, I have a question about the the developer that was going to develop the old G&G area. Um has there been any further development with them or they are they not looking to develop that now or we still are working on it. They don't seem to be working at the same pace as originally, but uh about a probably about a month ago, we had another conversation with them. um they've gone back and kind of updated their plans. I think initially they had a pretty grandiose idea of what they could do with the property and after talking to them we felt that it was maybe a little bit

too dense and too intense of a use for that location. So they've been working to scale it back a little bit and we're expecting sometime in the near future to to get their latest proposal. Thanks.
