Uh the consent calendar is the um judgment of the staff where the items that have been put forth um uh don't appear to have any kind of uh request for um comment from the public or from uh from others. And so they'll be considered in one routine motion. um and it'll be enacted in that one uh common motion unless um there's been a request by either the public or by a member of the commission to um pull something off the uh off the consent calendar. So, we have three items that are on the consent calendar tonight. We have the actions of the city council. It's not me. All right. But thank you, Mr. Farmer. All right. Let's go. Thank you, Mr. Chair.
Yeah. We have three items actually for the March 11th meeting uh two weeks from tonight. We have the recommendation of the city council on the repeal and replace of um PMC chapter 18110 for wireless facilities. And the new ordinance would refer to three new policies covering wireless including uh for new macro towers, small cell wireless facilities and also modifications to existing towers. Second item is for the proposed street names and an amendment to vesting tenative map 8680 uh at 330 Bush Road. And the last is a request for a time extension of an approved vesting tenative map and subdivision for the Sperno Ranch project.
Oh, so those will be on your March 11th calendar. Interesting. All right. Uh Spernno's come back and forth on this several times. So it'll be uh All right. It'll be interesting to see that one come forward. Great. Um thank you. Appreciate the heads up there and the opportunity for the be visibility for for the commission members as well as for the public. Uh all right. Right. Is there anything uh else uh that uh commission members would like uh to initiate at this time? U nothing. I just had a question. When is the HCD report getting submitted? Is it in a month, two months? Do we know? I'm sorry. Could you repeat that? The HCD report?
Oh, uh good question. That will be at the second city council meeting on March 17th. So would we get a preview of that by any chance or? Um I understand the way it's works in Pleasanton is you would be getting a copy after the Pleasanton city council reviews it. It has to be um submitted by April 1st per the state deadline. But um I can confer with staff and see how that can be uh transmitted over to the planning commission's review. Yeah, it's just FYI doesn't have to uh need any anything from us. Thank you.
You're welcome. Thanks. Any uh Commissioner Morgan? No. Okay. Um All right. I think that uh that concludes the agenda uh matters that we have agendaized. So, we will uh we'll adjourn the meeting. Uh thanks everyone for uh for your for your attendance. Um and we appreciate the opportunity we have to to serve in the city and we appreciate everyone who does serve uh the city from from the various different staff members and all of you. So, thank you for everything you do. All right. Meetings adjourned. Pretty efficient there.
