Are there any changes proposed to the site plan? One of the main changes that required the approval of the PNZ is the change of the detention area along the southern road of the property. Ah, they are passing from dry detention basins to box tubs and, due to this change, the ordinance requires that the modifications to the waterways be approved by the planning and zoning commission. So we are here today. They also have other minor changes to the campus, such as sports fields, pedestrian paths, things that require a normal approval of the site plan.

My name is Liliana Moron and I will present an update on a recent call for public hearing held on August 17 of this year. The property in object. The property in question is located at the northeast corner of Preston Road and Parker Road. And just to provide a brief summary, on August 17, the Commission held a public hearing for an amendment to PD 184. The amendment aimed to modify an existing clause regarding the allowed uses on 8.2, specifically addressing the linguistic interpretations of the PD between the owner and the city. The amendment tried to reconcile the two interpretations that were in the applicable terms. On August 17, after the meeting of August 17, the applicant presented a request for a change of area with additional requests to expand the metering allowed for commercial and service uses. Due to this additional request, the staff provides this update for transparency and to keep the Commission and residents interested informed. And as I mentioned in my previous slide, no action has been requested by the Commission at this time. This is an update to keep you all informed about the change. Questions?
