Pursuant to article B, division 7 of the Pennsylvania county zoning ordinance, we the board of zoning appeals have been empowered to hear and decide Pacific applications and appeals in support of said ordinances. Sure. Case S--25-021. Eric Grabowski has petitioned for a special use permit on 3.326 acres located on Tracy Drive in the Banister District to allow for a manufactured home. On October 7th, 2025, the planning commission recommended by a 5 to zero vote with no opposition that the petitioner's request be granted. The staff summary is enclosed in the board packet. Mr. Chairman, Mr. Gowski is not here to represent the petition tonight. However, I'm happy to answer any questions you all may have. Thank you. Okay, I got a recommendation for a positive motion. Um, Mr. Arnold, I don't have the sheets for a positive motion to read. This a special use permit positive motion. Yes. Whereas Mr. Gowski has petitioned the board of zoning appeals for a special use permit. Whereas we find no substantial detriment to the adjacent property, that the character of the zoning district will not be changed thereby, and that such use will be in the harmony with the purpose and intent of the ordinance, and whereas there are no significant adverse affection effects upon adjacent property that cannot be mitigated through conditions. I move the special use permit be uh granted.
