Board of Supervisors Addendum - Regular Meeting

So we have started the meeting. This is our, what is it, Tuesday, June 23rd, study session, which is entirely focused on executive session today. So we'll start out with roll call. Supervisor Cano. Present.

All right. Well, I will make the motion to break to go into executive session. Second. Seconded by Supervisor Hines. Discussion? All those in favor? Aye. Opposed? Item passes, and we are going into executive session and will be done on or before 4.30. All right, so we have returned from executive session. And I will take up the item number three, which is on the regular agenda. This was the legal advice and direction, the MOU with AFSCME. And this is for information purposes only. Then we had three other executive session items on addendum one. Item one was legal advice and direction related to Stone v. Pima County. This was for information purposes only. Item two was for legal advice and direction regarding potential litigation. This is for information purposes only. And item three was legal advice and direction regarding the release of notices of property correction. This is also for information purposes only. And I will note that all of these executive session items have corresponding items on the regular agenda that will also come up when we resume the meeting, our regular meeting at five o'clock.
