Recommendation: 1. Authorize the purchase of one (1) 2027 Ford F-650G, BC-3 Conveyor belt style hot asphalt patcher in the amount of $270,000; and 2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all agreements necessary to facilitate the sale or disposal of vehicle Unit No. 273.
Alebrije Dog Park Project, CIP No. 50068 – Notice of Completion. (500)
Recommendation: 1. Accept the work as completed for the Alebrije Dog Park Project (Project), CIP No. 50068, constructed by Green Giant Landscape, Inc., and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion (NOC) with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to release the retention and all other monies to Green Giant Landscape, Inc., following the mandatory waiting period from the date the NOC is recorded.
