Policy Document developed to comply with the Municipal Danization Act of 1960. five. The town of Parker, so you're not here. I was first drafted and adopted. in 2006. This purpose of the plan is to ensure municipalities can adequately serve in the annexed areas. This is a statutory requirement to update it equally. [BLANK_AUDIO] The plan does. It references planning documents. events from the town of Parker and earlier by jurisdictions and it complies with state law, does not do is change our master plan, change the Parker planning area. change the towns regulations or zoning or obligate the town to change any of the above. (crickets chirping) I'll keep developing. plan by referencing plans, policies, perhaps another documents adopted by Jersey. restrictions within the three mile area of battery. You can see some of these here. Tom Parker Douglas, Rappell and Albert County, the City of Aurora. the Centennial Boundary and Casupines in the town of Casurac. The 2020 35, 3-melt area plan has minor updates to the maps which are

And then max. six is county zoning. So you'll see four changes here in Douglas County. One, I've changed for late industrial to plant velvet, and then there were three. change from agriculture to our rural residential. Staff recommends the Planning Commission recommend.
