Okay, this is Quinn Williams. I'd like to acting chair for this meeting. I'd like to call the meeting to order. George, will you do a roll call?

We've already got some levity out of the way. I don't think we have any executive session or any items. We have the case at 6235 East Caseby Road. And I'm aware, George, that we have a letter requesting a continuance. Correct. He's the attorney representing the applicant.

Correct. So due to a family emergency, they are requesting that this application be continued to the September 2nd meeting date. Due to circumstances, staff is supportive of the continuance. And the applicant is available to answer any questions as well.

Okay. Does staff have anything to report about the continuance that you want the board to know?

No, other than we're supportive of it. And as long as it's then to that date specific on September 2nd, the applicant won't have to re-notice it. But we will have them repost the property as a courtesy to the neighbors.

Okay. All right. Any board member have any comments, questions regarding the request for continuance?

No. Nope. No.

Okay. Well, based on the, this is the only item we have before us tonight, correct, George?

Correct.

Okay, so based on that, I would accept a motion to continue the case into our September 2nd meeting.

No, other than for staff reports, there's none. I don't know if there's any public body reports.

Okay, and then for future agenda items, currently this is the only item on for the September 2nd meeting date. If we do get any applications over the summer, we'll process those, and if they're ready in time, that will also be on the September 2nd meeting. And again, the board does go on hiatus for July and August, so we won't reconvene until that September 2nd meeting date.

Great. Okay, well, at this point, I will accept the motion to adjourn the meeting and wish everybody a wonderful summer.

Quinn, this is Eric. Are we going to receive new application package or just go with what's already been received?

No, you'll have basically the same. I'll resend the same packet to everybody. So you'll, about a week before the meeting, you'll get an updated agenda with all the same documents and plans.
