And just before we get into things and megatrends today, I had a great show. You know, when I was with a 10 educator delegation visiting dozens of astronomy observatories in High Mountain out of Kama Desert in July 2024, it was winter there. It was very cold at 12,800 feet where we had to breathe using oxygen tanks and so on. So keep that in your back pocket as we introduce today's topics and analysis of events. Here in the Northern Hemisphere, exiting from a senseless war, and now just four and a half months before the midterm elections. So... So, by the way, the topics of today, you can see them. I guess you can see them here. We're going to discuss the Axis of Evil, Section 2024, just integrating the U.S. and Israeli military. What a just a bad idea. And also looking at Zionism in the Mirror, a Genocidal History Project. faces global reckoning so we have a piece on that and then we're going to discuss the great law of peace um indigenous tribes across north america had a constitution 800 years ago that our constitution is actually based on uh But before we move to megatrends on these topics here, we hear that just yesterday, the 25 people were arrested by Trump's DOJ, although I would call it DOIJ, the Department of Injustice. And a few of the headlines that are available out there from MSN, they said 25 individuals connected to an anti-ice protest were charged, and they charged them in Minneapolis. They called them Antifa. And then MSN has, you know, conspiracy charges stem from two blockades of direct action in Minnesota, alleged organized on January 3rd and March 1st outside of the federal Whipple building, which served as the basis of operations. The New York Times has it as claiming, this is their headline, the New York Times, you know, claiming an Antifa plot. U.S. charges 15 in Minnesota. See how the New York Times does that? Claiming an Antifa plot. That's their headline? Antifa doesn't even exist. Anyway, so the conspiracy indictment was filed and, you know, as federal prosecutors in Minnesota had trouble sustaining many criminal cases filed against immigration ICE and against, again, protesters, against the ICE protesters, for the very fact that Antifa doesn't exist as an entity, and they have that in the charging documents. DHS, Antifa cells, they evoke the term Antifa cells. This is your media, you know, this is your New York Times and your Washington Post. Did you know that 80% of the You know, since Bezos, Jeff Bezos bought the Washington Post, 80% of all the employees have been dismissed. So who's doing, you know, the investigative journalism? So just again, just so you know, Antifa means anti-fascism, and it does not exist as an entity. And so the court's opportunely thrown out all the prior DOJ charges because and everybody can see if there's any sense in their head, this is about flooding the zone, dominating headlines, draining resources, harassment and false charges, and eventually the DOJ will be sued, and this is just another election year distraction, in a misguided and bogus effort to influence the vote count. This includes voter intimidation and disrupting the USPS, US Postal Service, from delivering mail-in ballots. You've heard it all. So we need It's just so much to accumulate and put together. So none of it's going to work. Trump and the GOP are going to get demolished. And the Dems are going to control both houses. And impeachment is going to start January 3rd, 2027. Meanwhile, our job is to vote with our feet and with help from state and federal courts and know uh and hopefully the press that's doing investigative journalism and i just want to point out ground news mac max blumenthal pro publica the brennan center the gray zone drop site news those are the people new york times washington post wall street journal don't expect much um anyway so this section 224 is being added to the NDAA, the National Defense Authorization Act, that's supposed to integrate U.S. and Israeli military. And this would constitute an end to oversight as the regime will abuse classification. We've seen that before. And transforming anything that's budgetary and that's presently open to public scrutiny, it would be classified, have it in closed-door sessions in Congress. and they'd restrict journalists and then target them if they passed out any information that they, just like what's going on right now. So that would include, and we're talking about this so-called integration would include autonomous killer robots and drone systems, and other horrible things. You know, the taxpayer they're paying for, they use that same model that funds Israeli genocide with our tax dollars. So where is the Constitution when we need it most? So let's go right to this first one. And this is Graham Plattner talking to Anza Teo with Mediasat. How would you describe the U.S. relationship with Israel?

I mean, at this point, I would just say shameful. You know, this is what has happened in Gaza is going. It's the moral question of our time. And we failed it miserably. We continue to fail. You know, there is a genocide that has been committed in Gaza. And we continue to not only not stand up against it, but allow it to happen. Run political cover for it. Run diplomatic cover for it. you know down the road history is not going to remember the leaders uh of this nation who of both parties by the way who allowed this to happen it's not going to remember them well and it it is it brings me an immense amount of shame and i think it brings a lot of shame to a lot of americans that even now we're continuing to have this relationship and to support the mass killing of innocent civilians

Yeah, so the Democrats have gotten the message, but there's still so many AIPAC Democrats, and they're sort of like playing the waiting game. They're trying to play it both ways by saying, oh, yes, we've received AIPAC money, but we're going to be stopping doing that. Well, we'll see. We need to pay very close attention to any Democrat, that continues being a traitor to the United States and to U.S. taxpayers and make sure they are out, out, including the leadership of the present Democratic Party. Here's what you need to know about Section 224 and the fact that the top Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee, Adam Smith, who's my opponent, co-introduced this piece of the National Defense Authorization Act that would combine the United States and Israel's militaries. In cyber, in tech, in intelligence, in weapons production, the IDF and the American military that my husband and my father both served with honor in and were disabled in would suddenly be completely combined, unaccountable to the public. You may have noticed that lately there's been a lot of pushback starting at the grassroots and getting up finally into the halls of Congress saying, no, we do not want American money that should be in American communities going to fund human rights abuses by a foreign nation. That has led to this. Section 224, if it passes, would merge the US and the Israeli militaries in such a way that there's never an annual approval of any aid package that would get to be debated. The public wouldn't have that opportunity to stand up and say no and push their representatives to say no, because if we're functionally the same thing, then any allocation to the American military would also be going to the IDF. I cannot believe that this is where we are. And it is viscerally shocking and infuriating and disgusting that someone who is in office to represent the American people would be betraying American sovereignty, American national interests, American freedom of speech while we're at it, all to please his campaign donors. If you look at Adam Smith's Open Secrets page, you will see he receives all kinds of money from APAC, those who support APAC, and the defense industrial and surveillance industrial complex, up to and including Palantir and Anduril. Anduril are the makers of killer robots. They are making autonomous weapons, AI-powered robots that will kill people without any human authorization. You tell me how a congressperson can take money from that entity and then go take a vote. And we're supposed to believe that he's acting in our best interest. No, no. My name is Melissa Chowdhury. Okay, so Adam Smith and many APAC Democrats, they will be out. They have as of November 3rd and functionally January 3rd, 2027. So again, I asked the question earlier, where is the Constitution when we need it? related to funding Israeli genocide with our tax dollars. Well, across the political spectrum, that trend is going way, way to the no side. And that's going to continue to accelerate. And all the traditional Democrats know that. And they're going to be out. All the famous names that we're familiar with are going to be gone. Speaking of the, you know, where's the Constitution when we need it most? Well, speaking of Constitution and history, Megatrends examines the great law of peace. And this is a Constitution established by indigenous tribes across what is now North America more than 800 years ago. And this is an amazing little synopsis here. Before we get to that, I just want to give it. If you're like me, I learned in grade school that the U.S. Constitution was based on ancient Greek democracy. which is kind of a creative stretch since ancient Greece was not a democracy. The truth is that the U.S. Constitution is modeled in both principle and form on the great law of peace of Native American tribes known as well as the Iroquois. And this is absolutely unequivocally a historical fact. and Benjamin Franklin, in fact, there's, you know, records that show that he was in the meetings, like take, he had a printing press and he was printing out the, the, the results of the meetings, keeping track of them and documenting them. And, uh, you know, then there's, there's been a lot of other influences, you know, but when compared side by side, the, the influence of the great law of peace is just, is irrefutable. And, uh, And in 1987, the United States Senate acknowledged that the Great Law of Peace of the Iroquois nations served as a model for the Constitution of the United States. So how about that? And since the U.S. Constitution was a model for the Charter of the United Nations, the Iroquois Great Law of Peace was also the basis of international law. I mean, how many times have you heard about this? Okay, so let's go to this next piece and let's hear some of the details. This is really great stuff.

The United States Constitution is 237 years old, but the document it plagiarizes is over 800 years old. The Great Law of Peace is the founding constitution of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. The Great Law of Peace united five indigenous nations who did not speak the same language under a shared constitutional law. On the 22nd of August, 1142, the sky above Ganondagan went dark. Ganondagan is here in upstate New York. The 22nd of August 1142 is the date that the Haudenosaunee Confederacy itself traces its founding. The Great Law of Peace came into existence because the five nations, Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga and Seneca had been locked in cycles of warfare for generations. A prophet known as the Great Peacemaker travelled among them with a single proposition, replace blood feuds with a law. The Onondaga leader Tadodaho was the last to agree. When he did, the five nations uprooted a white pine tree. They threw their weapons into the hole beneath and replanted the tree. The Tree of Great Peace became the symbol of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. The Haudenosaunee Confederacy still exists today and the Tree of Great Peace is still their logo. It still governs itself under its own law. The Great Law of Peace has 117 articles. It includes procedures for selecting leaders, for removing them, for making collective decisions, for managing collective land and for planning for the future. This constitution existed long before any European nation set sail.

It gives women governance authority and it gives citizens the right to convene their own councils.

The United States Constitution was ratified in 1788. The chain of documented contact between the Founding Fathers and the Haudenosaunee Confederacy runs through Benjamin Franklin's printing press. He printed all of the treaty minutes and he produced the largest English language archive on the Haudenosaunee political system at this time. For over two decades, he sat in on meetings and listened to indigenous nations describe their confederacy. only to turn around in 1751 call them ignorant savages and write it would be a very strange thing if six nations of ignorant savages should be capable of forming a scheme for such a union and be able to execute it in such a manner that it has subsisted ages and appears indissolvable and yet that a like union should be impractical for ten or dozen english colonies to whom it is more necessary and must be more advantageous and who cannot be supposed to want an equal understanding of their interests. In plain terms, look at these people who I call ignorant savages. They have been able to build a union that has lasted an age and cannot be broken. We English colonists who are more civilized and smarter than them, we need a union more. we would benefit more. This was addressed to other colonists. He's basically saying, you law think you're smarter and more civilized than the Indians. So stop waiting for London to organize you. Copy the union idea and let's do it ourselves. Look at what the great law of peace actually says. Articles 1 and 2 state that this is a federal union of distinct nations. First, it says, all the affairs of the five nations shall be transacted at this place before you. If any man or nation outside the five nations shall obey the laws of great peace, they shall be welcomed to take shelter beneath the tree. The Confederacy has one shared council for shared business, but every nation governs themselves. and the door is open to any nation or anyone who agrees to live by the Great Law. Articles 9 to 11 state that the Confederacy has two deliberating bodies with a third that arbitrates. It says, the first question shall be passed upon by the Mohawk and Seneca Lords. Then it shall be discussed and passed by the Oneida and Cayuga Lords. Their decisions shall then be referred to the Onondaga Lords. This is the structure for decision-making. Two groups debate separately and must agree. If they agree, the firekeepers confirm it. If they disagree, the firekeepers break the tie. It means that no one body can force through a decision alone. Article 10 also stipulates that everyone must agree before anything can move forward. The Onan Daga nation calls this one mind. A decision that doesn't hold everyone is not a decision. Having a majority is not enough. You have to keep talking until everyone is with you. This is an inversion of the United States political system. The US system is adversarial by design. The United States frames majority rule as the definition of democratic. The US Senate has 100 senators. Each represents millions of people. To pass a law, you need 51 of them to say yes. When a politician brings a law to the Senate in the current system, rather than feeling like they need to secure alignment with all 100 senators, they go into it thinking they need to win 51. These are two completely different ideas about what the government is for. One comes in search of agreement. The other is a competition for control. The great law runs on an entirely different logic. You are not trying to win anything. You are trying to find a position that everyone can get behind.

There we go. Okay. Excellent. So this is... I hope it sounds familiar. It sounds like consensus. And it worked across, imagine, we're talking about the 12th century, when they started this process, and they were able to communicate with tribes at a time when there were no, everything, the fastest thing going on was horseback, right? So again, in the 12th century, the five tribes of what is now the Northeastern United States put this together. Now here's the story I want people to hear. This is one day, a canoe, this is in the historical synopsis, a canoe made of white stone carried a man born of a virgin, born of a virgin, across Onondaga Lake to announce the good news of peace had come and the killing and violence would end. And he traveled from tribe to tribe over the course of years, preaching peace because peace was the desire of the creator. Does that sound familiar? So this oral tribal history says it may have taken him 40 years to reach everyone and get agreement from all the tribes. And so this man became known as the peacemaker. So eventually, the five tribes agreed to the great law of peace and became known collectively as the Haudenosaunee which means people of the long house. And outsiders referred to them as the Iroquois. And so the Great Law of Peace was a vehicle for creating harmony, unity, and respect among human beings. And its recognition of individual liberty and justice surpasses that of many democracies today. And by the way, what did it include? The Great Law of Peace included freedom of speech, freedom of religion, the right of women to participate in government, separation of powers, checks and balances within government, a government of the people, by the people and for the people, three branches of government, two houses and a grand council, a woman's council, which is the Iroquois equivalent of our Supreme Court. How about that? as settling disputes and judging legal violations. So what got left out of the U.S. Constitution? In fact, just about the only parts of the great law of peace that our founding fathers didn't incorporate were the seventh generation principles. That's the constitution of the Iroquois Confederacy states that chiefs consider the impact of their decisions on seven generations into the future. The next one was the role of women. Klan mothers chose candidates who were male as what are called SACHEMS, S-H-E-M-S, if you're taking notes. Those are political leaders. The women maintain ownership of the land and homes and exercise veto power over any council action that may result in war. The women can also impeach and expel any leader who conducts himself improperly or loses the confidence of the electorate. Then the woman, she would choose a new leader. Imagine how different our world would be today if our government had included these principles from the start. so um i'm sorry i'm really impressed with the name of the great prophet who was convinced that the recoil literally they called it to bury the hatchet that was where the original term came from under the white pine tree um that was uh daganawida and his and by the way his disciple was hiawatha Isn't this interesting? What a story. So imagine if the U.S. political culture had chosen something other than pork barrel politics, trading money for power and vice versa, which had no place in the great law of the Constitution. So on this next one, we're going to go to Katie Halper. Right. And she's she has Katie has her own social media broadcast. And she provides a searing history of historical analysis of Zionism as a threat to the safety and well-being of Jews everywhere, and how white supremacist racist language mirrors Zionist supremacist language routinely used by then Kavir and Motrich and now in the streets of the West Bank, settlers who engage in violent beatings of Palestinians as they're going about their daily, you know, going to school and going to work. Daily reports of shootings, house and car burnings of Palestinian villages by gangs of Israeli thugs, while Israeli police stand by and watch or even arrest the victims claiming that they were perpetrators. And it was only cell phone footage that went viral of these Israeli thugs arrested. And then they had the charges dropped and so on. But let's go to Katie Halper. She has some very, very powerful things to say.

There's literally nothing that Israel won't do in the name of vengeance and in the name of continuing Zionism. For some people, the takeaway is as long as they're not literally putting people in ovens, as long as they're not doing exactly what the Nazis did, that somehow that's OK. It's actually not OK. Never again doesn't mean never again in the exact same way that the Nazis did it. If that's your takeaway from the Holocaust, you really need to look at yourself and do some soul searching. I'm Jewish. I lost members of my family during the Holocaust. And the truth is Israel does not represent me. Israel does not make me safer. In fact, it puts me and all Jews in greater danger because as Israel commits these crimes against humanity and live streams them, and in some cases, gleefully live streams them, we've seen soldiers doing this, Israel doing that and saying it's in the name of Jews, that will create antisemitism. The idea that Israel represents all Jews is in itself an anti-Semitic idea. The dual loyalty trope says that all Jews are a monolith and we're all loyal to Israel and we can't be trusted to be loyal to other governments, regardless of where we live. That is really what Israel is leaning into. And you have anti-Semites and then the government of Israel, AIPAC and the ADL, all making the same argument, which I think really shows you the dangers and the inherent anti-Semitism of Zionism. People like to claim that anti-Zionism is anti-Semitic. Well, it's actually not, given that you literally have more Christian Zionists in the world than you have Jewish Zionists. This particular Christian form of Zionism wants Jews to go back to Israel so we can provoke the end times, Armageddon. All Jews except a very lucky 400 who accept Christ as their Lord and Savior burn for all of eternity. So these are the allies. All these cancel culture warriors who talk about right-wingers being canceled are very silent, interestingly enough, when it comes to critics of Israel, who are probably the most canceled people of all. If you're a Palestinian critic of Israel, you're very, very, very canceled. If you're a Jewish critic of Israel, You're less canceled, but you're still canceled. You're just canceled as a self-loathing Jew as opposed to an anti-Semite, which is a significant difference. I mean, I was fired by a network for saying that Israel is an apartheid state. So my being Jewish didn't really protect me. And of course, there's a huge bias in the way that corporate media reports on Israel-Palestine. They're very clear when Russia does something. Russia bombs, Russia strikes, Russia kills. When it's Israel, it's often Palestinians killed in attack. Palestinians dead after bombing. We even know that networks and outlets instruct their writers and reporters not to use certain words like genocide, not even to use the word Palestine. In fact, the reporting by the New York Times on the alleged mass rape used by Hamas was so bad that they had to cancel a podcast that they were going to do about it because there was so little to back it up. Now, on the other hand, you have countless stories and allegations of Israelis raping Palestinians. That got totally ignored. It's really fascinating that we hear time and time again about the 40 beheaded Israeli babies, even though there was no evidence of that. And we do have evidence of actually beheaded babies, children with their heads blown off. I mean, we saw a child literally shredded. Various representatives of the Israeli government are never asked about that. They're never asked to condemn Israel's violence. They're never asked to condemn Israel's terrorism. There was a doctor who was tortured to death. If you don't already feel disturbed by the images of Palestinians or the stories of Palestinians, the story of Hin Rajab, who was left in a car to die when she was begging for help. An Israeli soldier shot up the car and shot up the ambulance trying to rescue this girl. If that doesn't haunt you, I really urge you to imagine this happening to a Jewish child during the Holocaust. I think that Jews should understand this, if anything, more than other people because of our history of being targeted, of being otherized, of being compared to vermin, of attempted extermination, of genocide and ethnic cleansing, and of the world looking the other way. That is something that we have to remember. That happened to us. We can't let that happen to other people. That's not justice. That's not how we honor those killed in the Holocaust. Everything that Israel tells you about its founding, about its history, and about its role today is a lie. Some people think, oh, Israel was founded for Holocaust survivors, and then it got greedy and took over too much land and ruined its founding mission, which was to be a safe haven for Jews. The truth is it was founded on ethnic cleansing. It was not a utopia. I think it's really eye-opening to look at the actual language of early Zionists because they were calling their banks colonial tribes. Trust.

Okay, so we covered this last week with some of the massacres detailing last week, and that's what Katie Halper is talking about. I just wanted to point out, as a pause, and we're going to continue with Katie in just a second, she has her own show, as I mentioned before, and, you know, it You know, the Zionist apologist, you know, she'll have no shame defending the war crimes of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. And they even support his, imagine a prime minister of a different country coming in, allowed to come in to strong arm Democrats and Republicans on Capitol Hill. And in the White House, right in front of the White House advisors in the Oval Office, urging them to go along with a US-Israeli plan to start the war in Iran. And the cynical joke is that the Israeli prime minister duped a self-absorbed Trump into believing that Besides, we both need a distraction from domestic issues. So meanwhile, they've long since normalized the dehumanization of Palestinians, mirroring the cult-like blind conviction, mindlessly parroting the chants of even the racist KKK members. It was the Zionists themselves. Israeli society really had a lot of disdain for Holocaust survivors. So they did something very disgusting. They both weaponized the Holocaust to justify their extermination of Palestinians, and they mistreated Holocaust survivors. In fact, they even referred to them as sapon, which means soap in Hebrew. And that was because there was a myth that Nazis turned Jewish bodies into soap. It's not true, but that was a myth. And the important thing is that people thought that was true and they thought it would be appropriate to call survivors by that name. Israel wanted to create a new Jew that was armed, that was working the land. They were ashamed of the Jews who were killed. They thought that they went to their slaughter like sheep. They were ashamed of Jews who were religious, Jews who were scholars, Jews who were also cosmopolitan. They really did, ironically, internalize a lot of antisemitism. There were Zionist bombings in the Middle East that were used to scare people into emigrating out of Iraq, out of Morocco. and into Israel. That's how little they cared about Jewish people. They bombed synagogues in order to get people to leave the Middle East and go to Israel, where they would be mistreated, which is what happened to Mizrahi Jews. Some were basically put into camps. They rejected Yiddish, which was spoken by Eastern European and Diaspora Jews, and they also rejected Arabic, which was spoken by Mizrahi Jews of the Middle East. Yiddish is an amazing language and it's dying out. And the reason it's dying out is because Israel chose to create modern Hebrew, which no one spoke. And they had a lot of disdain for a lot of Jewish culture. So Israel has always been a racist project in many ways. against Palestinians, but even against Jews themselves. And it's been an antisemitic project as well. Not only is Judaism obviously much older than Zionism, but there was Christian Zionism from the very beginning, and that was fueled by antisemitism and the desire to get Jews out of Europe. Lord Balfour of the Balfour Declaration was a major antisemite. Zionism actually requires antisemitism to justify its existence. So for Zionists, they don't want to defeat anti-Semitism, they want to use it to strengthen the state of Israel. It's also true to remember that this is not a conflict about religion or culture. Jews and Christians and Muslims live in peace and harmony in many areas of the Middle East. for centuries. This is about power. This is about land. This goes back to resources. This goes back to the West wanting to have a foothold in the Middle East. This is not about religion. Jewish anti-Zionism has existed since Zionism. A lot of Jews opposed Zionism because they, I would say rightly, predicted it would create anti-Semitism. There is a very rich, radical history of Jewish internationalism during the spanish civil war which many people see as the dry run for world war ii among all the international brigades so all the volunteers who left their countries to fight in a war against fascism the most common language spoken was yiddish which speaks to this tradition If we look at so many struggles like the civil rights movement in the United States, there were lots of Jews involved in that. Jewish people were overrepresented in that movement. If you look at South Africa, some of the most active anti-apartheid activists were Jewish. That's the tradition that I'm proud to be part of, not a tradition which weaponizes trauma, tragedy, and the Holocaust to kill more people. Israel is unsustainable. There's no coming back from this. something new needs to be created. Jews can live side by side with Muslims and Christians in Palestine just as they have for centuries. If coexistence is so impossible and if anti-Semitism is so impossible to fight against, how is it that Jews live in Germany today? Germany was where anti-Semitism turned into the Holocaust and yet Somehow Jews are able to live in Germany in safety, but we're supposed to believe that they can't live in Palestine in safety. Palestine is not the country that created Adolf Hitler. Palestine is not the country that created the Holocaust. The biggest threat to Jewish safety is not a free Palestine. It's Zionism. It's essential to challenge the lies and propaganda of mainstream media. So, um, in this next segment is, um, we're going to, it's going to get into some, uh, uh, what is called, um, well, ironically called dialogue. It's a here to for secret, um, retreat, uh, um, uh, kind of like the Bohemian Grove. People remember the Bohemian Grove and the protests from Bohemian Grove. Who was at Bohemian Grove? It was like a cross-section of power brokers, you know, mostly in business, corporate powers and military people, but also they included liberals, you know, that they could... And so that's what this is about. And they have been doing it for about 20 years. And it includes people like Leonard Leo and Scott Besson and Ted Cruz and Peter Thiel. Actually, Peter Thiel was one of the major funders. But it also includes like Democratic, you know, Congressman Jim Hines and Ezra Klein and Cory Booker. And so let's go to this next one. This is really interesting. I hope you'll enjoy this.

So a hacker just blew the lid off a secret society that's been meeting in luxury resorts for 20 years. And the guest list reads like a who's who of everyone currently running or dismantling the United States government. Let's get into it. So the group is called Dialogue. It was co-founded in 2006 by Peter Thiel, the billionaire who has spent the last decade bankrolling the careers of mega politicians. Dialogue describes itself as a private invitation only society. It holds annual retreats at places like the Ritz-Carlton, a Venetian palace. It charges over $16,000 to attend, and it has spent 20 years refusing to disclose who belongs to it. Until now. A Swiss hacktivist found that Dialogue's own website had accidentally left its entire member directory sitting in the open, visible to anyone who looked at the page's source code. This list is very concerning. Dialogue doesn't just mix politicians and tech billionaires in the same room. it mixes the regulators with the people they're supposed to be regulating. For just a couple of examples, the chairman of Dialogue founded two of the biggest location data broker companies in the country. These are companies that make money selling your personal data. He is listed in the same society, Dialogue, as Treasury Secretary Scott Besant, whose department writes the rules on financial data. Also, Senator Ted Cruz, who chairs the Senate committee that oversees the FTC's Data Privacy Authority. So a guy whose business is selling your personal data is in the same exclusive club with the two people most responsible for deciding if that's even legal. Then there's Palantir's other co-founder, whose software runs data systems for ICE and the Pentagon. He's chilling out in dialogue with the Army Secretary and also Congressman Jim Himes. He is the ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee. That is the committee that oversees the agencies that Palantir does business with. And if you follow me, you know that Himes is also the most powerful Democrat when it comes to deciding whether FISA, Section 702, which is the government's warrantless surveillance program, gets reauthorized with what privacy protections. And civil liberties advocates have been ringing the alarm bell about him for pushing to renew it without meaningful reforms. Now we know why. It goes on and on. Ezra Klein is on the list, Cory Booker, Wes Moore, Julian Castro, hanging out with Jared Kushner, Ted Cruz, Leonard Leo, and Epstein pal Lawrence Summers. The whole thing is just stomach-turning. Anyway, this is what the deep state actually looks like. It is not Pizzagate. It's not Q. It is a $16,000 retreat in Venice where the rich people writing the rules and the rich people those rules apply to are on a first-name basis, and nobody's allowed to talk about it. And y'all, it is gross.

Okay, so all the more reason to start it out with Section 224, an addendum to the National Defense Authorization Act. Can you imagine how dangerous that would be to integrate the U.S. and Israeli militaries? And this is the deep state, like, We have a lot to keep our eyes on. So let's keep our eyes on these folks. You know, that's the only thing it's going to say. So let's go to this next one. This is about the book of villains. The mandate of shadows is the money assassin. Russell Vogt.

And he makes everyone's talk. Go ahead. Talking about Trump and Musk, but they're missing the most dangerous man in the room. His name is Russ Vaught. He's the director of the OMB, the government's checkbook. But here's the receipt. Vaught literally wrote chapter two of Project 2025, titled Executive Office of the President. He authored the blueprint to seize control of the entire federal engine. He's turned the nation's checkbook into a sniper tower. To understand Vought's game, you have to understand Richard Nixon. In the 70s, Nixon tried to starve programs he didn't like by refusing to spend money Congress gave them. It was such a total abuse of power that Congress passed the Congressional Budget and Empowerment Control Act of 1974 just to stop him. That law reasserted the power of the purse, meaning if the people's representatives vote to spend money, the president has to spend it. But Russ Vought is bringing that corrupt playbook back. He's challenging that long court, and the Supreme Court cleared the way for him. They're handing a disgraced president's playbook back to the man who wrote the new one. Think about that. He's resurrecting a scheme from a man who resigned in disgrace. They aren't hiding the corruption, they're scaling it. Vaught is already using this power. He's the architect behind the plan to gut Medicaid by $2 trillion, targeting states like Minnesota, where their representatives voted for healthcare. When he was told these cuts would cost lives, he said, you could say that about any of these cuts. That's our tax money he's freezing. That money was appropriated by Congress because we, the people, asked for it. He isn't balancing a budget. He's silencing our vote. And he likes the chaos.

In a leaked recording, he said, We want the bureaucrats to be traumatically affected. When they wake up in the morning, we want them to not want to go to work.

He wrote the very chapter that gives the president total control over the money and the investigators. He's building an army of loyalists to make sure no one, not even Congress, can stop him. He wants to traumatize people to get his way. That's not a policy. That's a hostage situation. The face gives the orders. The engineer builds the machine. But the money assassin makes sure the resistance has nothing left to fight with. He's breaking the law Nixon broke with the court's blessing. If you want to know the truth, hit that follow button. That means joint military exercises whenever, and it lays the groundwork for our tax dollars to benefit Israeli weapons manufacturers in an unlimited capacity. So on top of having oversized influence on our politics by way of AIPAC and social media influencers, Israel could influence our politics through the job market by building manufacturing facilities here. We're going to go to this next one. This is KED, one of the great economists, and she was just on Capitol Hill, and she gave a great rendering of the Social Security tax cap. So let's listen to what she has to say about that. Take votes. Go ahead.

and you're an American, you probably like Social Security. You've paid into it with every paycheck you've ever earned. You deserve the benefit that comes out at the end. You don't want to see that benefit cut. And if we need to raise revenue to support that, then by all means, let's raise revenue, starting with getting rid of the tax cap for Social Security's payroll tax contributions. The reason why I think you agree with that statement is because around 85% of Americans do. Social Security is an enduringly popular program, one that crosses party lines, racial lines, education lines, income lines. Americans love Social Security, which is why people who want to cut the program tend to take the approach that it's simply not sustainable anymore. It's a numbers racket. People live too long. We don't have enough kids and aw shucks, we just don't get to have nice things like Social Security. Our hands are tied. y'all our hands are far from tied yes demographics is a bedrock of social security but a much larger bedrock is economics every year the social security trustees project the depletion date of the social security trust fund it's 2034. the program doesn't take in as much in taxes as it pays out in benefits it makes up the difference with the trust fund but that trust fund will eventually run out and they have projected the day that the trust fund runs out for over 40 years so we can simply look back at the projected depletion date to see how Social Security's finances have evolved. The depletion dates first emerged in the 1985 report. You can see at that point, the trust fund was expected to last until 2050s. took a massive hit. Recovered a little bit, took a massive hit, and now for the past 15 years, the depletion date has been around 2034. So what accounts for these massive declines, this huge deterioration in Social Security's long-term finances? It was not some terrible year of childbirth. It was not some breakthrough medical procedure that made everybody live 30 years longer. It was just the economy. In the first case, the decline in the 80s and 90s, that was weak wage growth. Basically, people at the bottom saw their wages fall or hardly grow while wages for people at the top took off. Social Security's finances basically eroded because it doesn't tax all wages. It only taxes wages up to a certain point. The second fall was the Great Recession, an absolutely horrible economic crisis that was frankly mismanaged. We lost jobs for over two years. It took another four to recover them. There was little support for unemployed people during that time period. In addition to those low wages, low labor force participation, fewer people working, a lot more people claimed Social Security benefits early or claimed disability to make it through that time. We are not faded. It is not as if Social Security can't be in our economy anymore if we can manage our economy correctly. I realize that that might necessarily be inspiring, but at the same time, it is a certain level empowering because demographics are hard to change, but the economy is not. We can make better choices about how we invest in workers, how we invest in our economy, how we manage it in the future. And that is changeable. The demographics are hard. The economics don't have to be. Our hands are not tied and we can have nice things. and we can fight for social security.

Okay, so the thing to take away, demographics are hard to change, but economics is not. We have the power. We just have to make enough noise.
