Tonight, I would like to sign a contract with Toro Enterprises to terminate emergency orders and sign a contract with Seawater Emergency Restoration Corporation, which occurred on Hemlock and Patterson Road. There is no more emergency work left, so the emergency order was terminated by the Public Business Department on September 2, 2026. This is an aerial photo of the recovery site. As you can see, some of the car line painting work is complete. In fact, it is the only work left. Therefore, this report is intended to provide the final decision and to be granted the authority to sign a public project contract within $500,000 with Toro Enterprise. The amount requested for this time is currently in the overdraft, which means that all self-publishing and time-consuming documents and self-publishing documents have been secured, so that the employee in charge can evaluate the completeness and prepare for the final construction amount. The cost of this public project contract to be signed with Pro Enterprise cannot exceed $500,000 for emergency maintenance of Hemlock Street and Patterson Road.
