The Orange Village Council confirmed Brandon Hughes as interim building commissioner and discussed the proposed fire station and village hall renovation project, including the engagement of bond counsel and plans for additional public hearings. The council also approved the surplus of three police vehicles and enacted an ordinance prohibiting parking in cul-de-sac turnarounds.
