  3. All right, it is 9.20. We have completed nine issues on an 11-page agenda. So I will take a page from former President White's book and remind counselors that when an item is read, you don't need to respond. You don't need to speak to it. You obviously are entitled to. If you want to speak to an item, raise your hand and let me know. If you don't, we'll assume that it's approved or placed on file or refer to committee as appropriate, and we'll move on to the next one. And when it comes to the committee reports, I also remind folks, they are video recorded. There are detailed reports of all…

  9. That item is approved. I will note that Director Raish spoke to the school committee last week, so folks can take a look at that too. But if we can turn that into a report back to the council, that would be appreciated.

  15. Do you want to, we'll place that on file, do you want to send a copy to finance so that you can then mark that complete so it just shows up in another place if people are trying to find it?

  16. It just sometimes makes it easier for folks, since it's a reference document. Your call. Sure.

  17. Sometimes when I'm looking for things, I might look for this in finance, for example, and so if it was not ever through finance, I probably wouldn't find it, and so that just makes it a little easier for folks to use the search engine. So we can tweak it a little bit to make it more transparency. Let's do that. So place on file with a copy of finance, and then by all means, you can just mark it complete, or I guess it would be based on following committee or whatever the committee deems appropriate at the time. Thank you. Excuse me, that came out too early. Next item.

  19. Councilor Scott, I'll remind you of our conversation. So we won't have any discussion on this one tonight since it was submitted after their original agenda. So this will be referred to land use with a copy of the planning board for scheduling a public hearing, at which point it will be duly noticed and everyone can find out about it then.

  20. All right, and just so folks understand, the reason for that is that it wasn't published on the agenda on Tuesday, and so when that happens, we try not to discuss anything unless it was completely unforeseen and also timely. This wasn't unforeseen, but because it will be noticed for a committee, folks will have time to know that it's coming up at that point and tune in to hear all our brilliant discussion about it then. Next item, Madam Clerk.

  22. All right, so that report is approved, and that puts one item before us, I believe, for roll call vote. Madam Clerk?

  23. Yes. all right before I move to the next item counselor Scott would like to reconsider the motion to to send the prior item to the out-of-order item to committee I will allow a Statement on your intent as long as it's not deliberation, we won't we won't have, there won't be any discussion on it afterwards, but I think that's appropriate. The reason we allowed this on the supplemental agenda is, is for the purpose of transparency. So the public can know about sooner rather than later. So I think a brief statement of your intent behind submitting the item would be fine if that's okay. So…
