All right, very well. Counselor Scott, do you want to take up those two other items, 715 and 716, out of order now so that we can talk about them in context?
All right, if seen no objection, we'll waive the rules to take up items 7.15 and 7.16 together. Madam Clerk, would you read those?
Thank you, Councillor Scott. And just for the record, I'll note they did include all of the, reflect all of the discussions that I had as well up to that. And so I had no issue with them. Councillor Hart, did you want to speak to?
Very good. Any further discussion? Council Scott moves for approval of those two items. Seeing no discussion on the motion, those items are approved. Next item, Madam Clerk.
All right, Councilor Hart moves to approve the report as submitted. Any discussion? All right, seeing none, that is approved. Next item.

Okay, so those we were the result, we start over. Wave the readings of those items and refer them to finance. And then that brings us to item 713.

All right, seeing no objection, those items are referred to confirmation of appointments of personnel matters. Next item.
Several people have asked me in conversations recently why it is that the meeting before Thanksgiving always takes so long, and I'm reminded this is one of the reasons. But it's important, and we'll talk about it then. So that item is approved.
It is still not too cool for block parties. Go to your block parties, have a block party. If you don't have a block party, contact the clerk's office and find out how to have a block party because they're awesome. In the year of the neighbor, go hang out with your neighbors on your street. Hopefully with only other neighbors and no motor vehicles. All right, that item is placed on file. Next item.
All right. So those items, we'll weigh the readings of those items. Take note of Council Wheeler's endorsement, and those items are approved. Council Hart?
That item is referred to licenses and permits.
You want to read that one? Committee, council, union, campus, you're placed on file. Next item.
That item is placed on file. Any further items?
All right. Seeing no further business before the council, Councilor Scott, old one-leg JT, moves to adjourn. And we are adjourned. Thank you, everyone.

All right, thank you. Pursuant to our Rule 32, let it be known that the City Council salutes the flag of the United States of America and let us recall our oath to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the Commonwealth to the best of our abilities and understanding. We begin our meetings with a moment of silence. Are there councillors wishing to say a few words in remembrance of anyone this evening? Councillor McLaughlin.
Let's have that one come from the entire council, unless there's any objection. Any others?
Thank you. Any others? All right, would everyone in the chamber please rise, however you are able, for a moment of silence. We have a quorum present. So Madam Clerk, items 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, and 4.9 are approved. And 7.10 is placed on file. And I should note that we are served tonight by our Assistant City Clerk, Madeline Talia, because Clerk Henderson is receiving an award, the Catalyst for Democracy Award for Mass Vote. So she is a very excellent excuse to miss the meeting tonight. So we congratulate her on that. All right, the next item out of order, let's go to item 4.15, 4.15, that's okay. If there's no objection, we'll waive the rules and take up item 4.15 out of order.
Rather than stepping down and talking about this myself, I'll defer to my co-sponsor, Councilor Ewan Campin.
