THANK YOU, ROBERTO ELLIS, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MANAGER. THE FIRST APPLICATION IS FOR A PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NORTH MAGNOLA C.R.A. SUB AREA. THE APPLICANT IS HERSHBERGER HOLLANDS, LLC. being represented by Mr. Floyd Hershberger. Mr. Hershberger also sits on our North Magnolia CRA advisory committee. He will be improving the parking lot at his business, BJ Trophies, along Jacksonville Road. The scope of work is pretty comprehensive. However, the grant will only cover the restriping and resealing of the lot. Based on the projected cost, he would qualify for a grant amount of $2,400. Staff recommends approval.

Thank you. This applicant is Noble House Holdings LLC. This is a single family residence in the East Ocala CRA area. For the next nine items, we will be presenting the cases that were on hold pending appropriation of the funds that were approved back in May. So this is why we have such a packed agenda today. So this is the re-fencing of the property, sections of the property. The applicant will be installing a black decorative metal fence to the back of the property and a new vinyl fence to the side. The East Ocala CRA Advisory Committee did recommend approval. Based on the scope provided, the applicant would qualify for $6,933. staff recommends approval.

East Ocala CRA Advisory Committee recommended approval. Staff also recommends approval. For roofing improvements, those are reimbursed at 50%, and the HVAC improvement is reimbursed at 75%.

If you may be familiar with this site, it's operated as a gas station for a number of years and has sat vacant. The current owners acquired the property last month, and they are looking to... turn that property into the home of Fort McCoy Farm Hub. This is a locally owned operation dedicated to fresh farm products and produce. The estimated project cost is around $82,296 based on this GRANT AMOUNT, THEY WOULD QUALIFY FOR $49,378, JUST BELOW THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT. THE PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY OWNED BY ESSB HOLDINGS LLC, BEING REPRESENTED BY MR. TODD RUDY-ANNON. THIS QUALIFIES FOR CRA GRANT. STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL. THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ALSO RECOMMENDS APPROVAL.

The property is currently being used as a professional office space for a law firm. The owner is proposing to make comprehensive parking lot improvements. The grant will only cover a portion of those improvements, specifically the gravel driveway that will be resurfaced to become a concrete driveway. The proposed improvement would be subject to the applicable permit reviews before the work can begin. Given that we're only providing a reimbursement to a portion of the cost, the recommended amount is $10,871 staff recommends approval.

The applicant has already started replacing other windows. That is not included in the scope of the grant. Based on the estimated costs, the grant would cover approximately $9,128. Staff recommends approval.
