City Council - Regular Meeting

Evening, this is the special meeting of the Oakley City Council This meeting is called order at 530 and I request the clerk to please call roll call Councilmember Shaw here on some ever Williams here vice mayor Meadows Here Mayor Henderson here and councilmember Fuller is absent But everybody please rise and we'll do the Pledge of Allegiance I

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Public comment. I don't see anybody in the audience, and we did not receive any public comment for this special meeting. We'll move to closed session, anticipate litigation, initiate litigation pursuant to paragraph 4, subsection D of section 5495, 6.9, one potential case. Once we're done with closed session, we'll adjourn until the regular meeting at 6.30. Thank you.
