Planning Board - Regular Meeting

e e e okay at 6 o'clock I'm calling the planning board meeting for March 13th of North topsel Beach to order okay first order of business is the adoption of the agenda does anybody have any comments about the agenda or make a motion to adopt the agenda I'll second all those in favor I

I okay moving on to the approval of the minutes of the February 13th regular meeting um do I hear a motion to approve the minutes I move to approve the minutes for last month's meeting do I hear a second second okay any discussion about the the minutes okay all those in favor I okay moving on to public comment uh do we have anybody signed up for public comment no ma'am okay having no public comment we're moving on to presentation of training certificates and Miss Hill will handle that okay Miss Lisa Brown Miss Lisa Brown yeah we're making a big deal out this you actually have to get up and walk all the way over here but this is for the completion of the APA training um that we took about 12 months to complete so I think it's lovely I encourage you to hang it in your house or above your desk uh so you can when people come over to visit you it encourages them to uh volunteer for Town committees as well so thank you so much thank you thank you and congratulations Lisa okay moving on to to discuss oh sorry Mr not Rusty Walker whom and the same for you I hope you hang it in a prominent place in a prominent place that's right thank you so much thank you congratulations
