uh could we ask the planner to give us some updates on maybe what's happening with the gas stations that are proposed there about three of them, things like that? I don't I don't mind if that's it. So So there are two two gas stations that came before the board. Both received preliminary approval. Um they are currently one of them has received its DEM and Ry dot permits and they are in the design phase. Uh that would be the I I don't remember the address, but that's the one with the gas station car wash,

Um so that one's in the in the design process now. Um the other gas station, which is down the other end of um Eddie Ding Highway, is currently before DEM. It does not have its dem permits. Um they did have an issue with the location of a water mane and they had to re relocate their OWTS. So in the process of now going before DEM to get their DEM wetlands UIC and OWTS approval and they do have an application pending before Ry dot. I did issue them a letter. the third the third gas station um which is at the old beef barn site I believe um that had come in maybe a year and a half ago to board for a pre-application um they did submit to me a draft preliminary layout um which included a lot of the comments that were offered by the planning board included including increased landscaping along the two frontages there moving the uh the pumps back away from from the intersection. I think the building's a little smaller and and the circulation plan is a little bit better. They will likely be coming back with a full application. I'm expecting them to be submitting in August or early September. So, they'll be back here in the fall
