Planning Board - Regular Meeting

I know. Uh we'll call the uh 7 o'clock. We'll call the meeting to order. Zoning board of review town of North Smithfield. Today is Tuesday, June 10th. Uh we'll call the role, please. Mr. Narian here. Mr. Mustin here. Mr. Mc Antonio here, Mr. Gil here, and Mr. Cevini here. Item three, disclosure of no compensation of pension credits received by the board members. Item four, disclosure and notice zoning board review members shall disclose any expartate communications about any contested or material or adjudicatory facts or opinions concerning the merits of any application before the zoning board review. Item five, approval of the minutes from the ZVR meeting May 27th of 2025. And you all had ample time to review. Um it was extensive but um I think well prepared. Uh the only um the only note that I might make uh deine is uh exhibit P4 the memorandum. I think it might be best just to note that it was unsigned since I did specifically bring that up and the uh counselor was rather animated in telling me that how I dare ask a lot who wrote it but it was unsigned. So I think the only uh okay I'll add that to the minutes or revision were there any others that members saw that being noted is there a motion to accept I'll make a motion to

accept second all in favor I I okay item item six it's approval of the deci of the decision for application ZBR 253 three, which uh was is the for the special use permit and dimen dimensional variance for uh the property at 35 Norwood Road. Um, again, this was extensive in that it it had the same level of complexity, but um, I I read it uh, thoroughly and it appeared to me that all of our conditions were properly noted in the decision, which is the most important thing. The members agree on that one? I agree. Yes. Okay. And we would note that on this approval, we still have four, but Mr. Gil wouldn't vote. It's not a roll call vote anyway because it's just a decision. Um, we have a motion to accept ZBR25-3. I'll make a motion to accept ZBR25-3. Second. We have a second. All in favor? I opposed. Okay, that's approved. I'll sign them both when I come over. Item seven is approval of decision ZBR 254. write this down that we had two applications in one meeting. Uh that was for um 10 Leonard Drive which was the dimensional variance um for the shed uh was relatively straightforward. I don't think there was any complexities or sensitivities about it. The decision was well written in my opinion. Any additions, comments or corrections? Nope. Okay. Do we have a

And can we kind of flush out maybe uh uh if you could might be beneficial to members Vivian if you get a chance within the next two weeks just generate a simple memorandum that just you know shows the step by step access to the portal you know so it's a little bit more it was rushed you you gave it it's fine but since we have the time maybe just a bullet item that you go to this you look for that you hit this You hit that and if everything isn't there, you you shift over to the other location. Remember Leo where I was in a rush and I just didn't I think it was under details. Yeah. And if you click on that, all the attachments come up, but I didn't at the time I was rushing my own fault and I didn't have the patience to investigate. God bless you.
