I'd like to make a motion to appoint Kenneth LaViva as interim city manager not to exceed six months.

Any discussion? All in favor? All opposed? Okay, we go to item number two, discussion direction and possible action consideration of Options regarding the recruitment of a permanent city manager. Go ahead.

Thank you. I move that. We continue to search for a permanent city manager using in house resources, such as our HR department.
