Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission approved a resolution to change the land use classification of three parcels from commercial to medium-high density residential to allow for multi-family housing. The commission also discussed concerns regarding a proposed mobile asphalt plant in a quarry south of Beckett Road, which is outside city limits but could impact city residents.
