This it's along the property line uh track pre league 205 Lamar County other one otherwise known as airport land. Uh it is a 30-foot ement. It's along the fence line. Um he's needing access to his property. The railroad company or the railroad is closing one of the intersection that he uses to grant access to that land. Uh this easement will not interfere with any other activities that we do. Uh I recommend that the city grant this. you going to put in a gate or cattle yard or

Also, the mutual chamber of commerce Christmas parade will be held on the evening of Saturday, December 13. I know they have some activities for after the parade along Main Street. Uh invite the public come out and support uh the chamber on that event. And that's all I have.
