everybody please stand offer invitation father we thank you so much for the time that we have to gather here tonight as representatives of the city and citizens of the city Lord as that as that is I just ask that you would be with us as we make decisions tonight um as Council as Representatives as City citizens Lord I just pray that you would be with us let all that we do and say be glorified into your holy precious name and nothing less than that Lord I ask that you would keep us safe as we leave here and go about our week Lord lead guide and direct our way in Jesus name I pray amen amen for and call meeting the order the plge allegiance to of the United States of America indice [Music] [Music] [Music] we appreciate you being with us again this evening glad to see you back thanks to all the staff for being here and we'll start our meeting with item number one approval of the minutes for the council meeting January the 13th I make a motion we approve those minutes second Motion in a second all those in favor say I I I motion car and now we need to receive the newu

police department 2024 annual contact dat report or whoever take that I I'll start it so the law requires annual contact fed report s to council prior to March the 1st of every year uh think you have a copy in front of you if there's any questions Chief Parker is here is there any G no we had four audit this year questions all right make motion we receive that you Police Department contact report one second Motion in the second all in favor say I I I all oppos motion carried it three is consider ordinance o- 55225 the franchise agreement with appy you sir just like said this ordin renew a franchise agreement between City n and atmus energy uh that agreement is good for 5 years uh it just rused there's no changes to it anybody have any questions no questions I'll make a motion that we pass that ordinance second motion number second all in favor say I I all oppos motion carried item number four is consider resolution r- 803- 0124 approving the submission of a Grant

application to the office of the governor criminal justice division for multiv vehicle radar that the resolution authoriz the same matter to submit a grand application like said to the office of the governor uh Criminal Division uh we're applying for Radars for the M Federal vehicles uh total seven s units uh it also authorizes the city manager to Act is aiz official with any contacts or any any information here back and forth when was the last time me got new radar back in I think [Music] 2018 about time okay any questions on that question motion that we approve this commission motion second to approve that Grant resolution all those in favor say I I I all opposed motion carries and our last item is to receive the financial statement for the month ending January 31st of 2025 body a copy of that on the drop box um if you have any questions C's here any questions would be one answer for you uh anytime after the meeting anytime you any question come give a call anybody have any questions no question make a motion we receive that financial statement should be a motion

in a second to receive a financial statement all those in favor say I I all opposed motion carries and now we have the administrative reports thank you the city will hold as Wellness Clinic um on February 13th for all employees and their adult dependant um city of Amur as well as the mil appr District have been invited to participate by the all the institutes are under tml and take s so that's a good for them participate as well uh a reminder February the 14th is the last day to F for placing the city of M ballot for the May 3rd 2025 general election um also the tml region meeting will be held on Thursday March 27 at the love of Women's Club will bring some more updates as we keep closer to the DAT it's kind of clear are uh project updates uh you been out on how 70 that uh the nor Country Club Edition is uh the waterline has been installed so that that's coming along the home grant program the homes have been completed it's just a matter of uh paperwork uh trying to give reimburse in the State uh today I signed a contract on phase two of The Main Street uh we going to be Valley drains I think there's one on each intersection with a gutter kind of go look that that's going to be uh concreted in uh making access from one side to the block uh easier so that's been a uh probably was the next week or so probably see something happening here on

those airport project we're still in in in progress we're still building with a St or right now design stages of the project out report what else we got Parks we continue to work on the parks you know uh pck ball court it's we go by there to Def up so that that probably early spring if not sometime in the spring we'll be done with that project that one's been done mostly in house so it's going to a little longer for us to do it and that's have did you said the airport project probably actually begin not till next year is that right 2025 could be the design uh hopefully if not at the end of 25 early 26 uh the construction phase will actually be on there good deal how long will it take you it's uh 6 months it's $18 to close the airport dur the time we will close the airport when the work is being done on the runway uh once it's fair off taxed way think there's a way to be able to keep that open good I he anything else I guess we're J thank you all for being thank you
