So, what I meant to say is, Ms. Taylor, can you please tell us why you are interested in serving at the Morgantown CET Council? What do you think you are bringing to this responsibility? Is there anything about this in your statement?

My introduction is based on some of the questions we discussed last time, but let me say it. Thank you for asking me this question. Let me tell you a little about me. I studied and grew up in Suncrest Junior High School and Morgantown High School. That is a very important thing for me, because theology and theology were a big part of my life journey. I moved to West Virginia when I was 12 years old. I joined junior high school when I was 13 years old. I had big dreams and aspirations to play football and be a part of the school newspaper. Because I did all that in my old school. I was very happy to see that agriculture and civics, i.e. journalism, is a big part of the Morgantown culture. Therefore, being a part of the CET Council is very important in a CET Council that specializes in law-making like the POTA. It is the right of the people to walk through the city with water. The CET Council has also implemented measures to increase the salary of public servants like our police officers. The council has also announced the opportunities to enjoy our metropolitan area through social activities and facilities. I feel that this is not only a council for poverty, but also a council that supports the needs and interests of people. This is a big part of the good of the public. That is why I want to be a part of the Morgan Town City Council. Thank you.

Councillor Michael What do you think about the role of a CET Council? How do you know the role of a CET manager or a city resident in the role of a Council? Certainly, the CET Council is a very different activity for a city.

By bringing people from different parts of the city together, we are able to hear different opinions and discuss ideas in a peaceful atmosphere. Those who live in the city and those who visit our beautiful city are included, and everyone who wants to share their wishes, opinions or good words is included. I like the fact that the CET Council is providing information to the citizens and associations. Because it is a group of people who strive for local values and goals. That is, I don't know much about the role of CET Manager. But in my opinion, I think he is an executive who makes things happen properly by listening to the opinions of the CET Council and giving them the necessary instructions. I'm not fully aware of this, so I'm just imagining it. But I think the Mayor, the CET Council, and the CET Manager will work closely together to make the laws finalized. Yes, this year I have participated in two or three meetings of the Morgantown City Council. I have also participated in the Commission meetings. I am a member of the Cultural Arts Commission. I participate in those meetings. I check the minutes of the online meetings. It is a very good thing for the public to be able to see the online minutes and take notes. I pay attention to the part where people in the CET Council share their wishes. Many of their wishes are also raised there. You asked my opinion about a topic discussed by the council, right? If you are talking about it, I was paying attention to the discussion on the subject of benches, that is, hostile architecture. It was a very interesting discussion. Especially as a person who has studied the history of places like Greenmond, it was very interesting to hear what a bench is, what its purpose is, and how people see it. Let me say briefly. The time you took to think and talk about this is very interesting. By voting in favour of a reality that is not hostile, you have raised the question of whether we should advocate for negative or positive things. I believe that you have a council that allows people to work. My opinion is that there should be more benches. Then one side. I don't think it's a bad idea to give a small amount of money to the bengals who help the victims. This may be a conspiracy, but I agree with the bengals. And camping is another thing. I know this law was a little controversial. But I know that not only Morgantown is the only city that talks about the problems of the Bavana Rehidars. I sometimes wish that there were more details and a clearer understanding of how we got here. Certainly, when I was growing up, this was not a major issue. I felt like something was changed in terms of population or wealth. So I need more details. Certainly, I have seen a new campground that is considered to be outside the city limits. It is near Milan Park, is my guess. I remember it was done by someone and it was used by the Constitution Fund. It is amazing to see. If we want to talk about how facilities can be set up for those who need it, I think this is the best council to discuss it. We can really do something special. We can do anything to solve the problem of poverty. You know that no one can become a poverty-stricken person, right? Of course! You have been waiting for a long time. The city is a complex complex. A lot of things are going on in it. So, in the first 60 days to quickly understand the problems and responsibilities of the city, you can accept what is happening. When any new thing starts, I read a lot, I talk to people, and I also want to understand the priorities of the first 60 days of this council. I have been thinking about the procedures for three to five years, but this council has done a lot of things in the last two to three years. I am ready to jump into these activities. After reading the old minutes and asking what your priorities are, I will immediately enter the job. In fact, I would like to ask you. What are your three main priorities? The City Council has a strategic plan. I think it is available on our website. Did you have a chance to check it out? I was looking at it. I checked out many parts of you, and I understood it. So, if what I saw was not a strategic plan, it might have been something else, but I think this council is trying to develop it. Or it might not be about developing use, it might be about reusing the use of public spaces. I think public spaces are one of your main aspirations. Do you know? I have a lot of thoughts about it. And then, I was also investigating the Floke camera discussion. As you may know, I don't know if this is an advance of this council or an advance of any of your commissions. Because I think you have a public service commission, right? It investigates problems related to the police. And, a civilian police review board, police review board, yes, I believe that the discussion about the Floke cameras will be a discussion that you will have to conduct. And then again, I don't know how you're going to deal with this. But that's why I want to know what your dreams are. I think the infrastructure is another dream. They also found time to enjoy the nature here. We have done a lot for rail trails. We have done a lot for the development of Deques Creek. When we look at the 7th ward, we can see the needs of the old Vastu Vidya there. A large part of that area was developed in 1950. Some places in Nagaramadhi also have buildings that need to be reused. I remember some businesses that used to be in some of the buildings that are now being demolished in the 7th ward. So let's talk about how we can develop services. This is related to my presentation. I may be speaking in a wrong way. But I believe that the biggest thing that can make Morgantown successful is how to provide more services and facilities to everyone. This is not only for those who live here, but also for those who are happy. Morbindown is a place where people used to come and go. It is still the same. If we talk about our students, it is our luck that West Virginia University is here. It is our luck that we have the best professors. They are not the only ones who stay here for 12 months a year. Sometimes they stay away for 3 months. Those who want to use Wi-Fi at home immediately during the rainy season for various reasons may not be able to do so. Will Morgantown be able to do it? All wards need to be equipped with the necessary services. I would like to talk more about this. Food, clothes, and protection from extreme heat and cold are essential for these facilities. This will be helpful for those who suffer from any reason. If this is shown as a demonstration of the HHS, HHS office located below High Street, we have seen people walking in bad conditions to get these services. And how do you decide whose wishes to be fulfilled when their desires are in conflict? Conflicts are good, because we have to discuss serious issues and issues, or else we will be in a stalemate.

So, when it comes to the current budget, when it comes to council decisions, I believe we have already discussed that we have a lot of financial resources. So, how will you approach these more expensive projects? That is actually part of my responsibility.

I have thought about this issue of extreme conditions. In addition, I say that it is necessary to make efforts in three areas to act, contribute, establish, and ensure cooperation with general and private interests. Then, I think that there will be a lot of discussions about what is our relationship with West Virginia University, which is the main university of our own ancestors. Then, In my mind, the way to get out of a conflict is to create a way. There are some people in Morgantown who are the most productive and productive people. There is no hindrance to the things we can do. To put it bluntly, I would say that Morgantown will become a prosperous city. Morgantown will become a prosperous city within the next five years, i.e. from 2027 to 2032. and create new institutions that will educate our youngest students who do not have the right to vote. But this council will educate them accordingly. We will educate young people to continue their education. They will become very educated and each Morgantown high school student will decide whether they want to win a high school diploma. Or should the associate degree from the two-year college with a high school diploma be granted? I believe that the opportunities for growth are endless when we have more educated students. We can look at not only the four-year institutions for higher education, but also other communities with higher education institutions for two years. Some community colleges and associate colleges show differences in Tamil. In other words, each 25 miles can have a police station around it. In addition, it can be a source of inspiration and inspiration for the general public like our police department. They will be able to move forward from their favorite institution to new paths of development, change, new ideas, new thoughts, and new ways to interact with people. Therefore, our city is a four-year educational institution called West Virginia University. This is a city that can attract the attention of the nation for music festivals or events. But we still need more. We need another Ruby Amphitheatre. We need a convention centre. We need to use the beautiful rivers and streams that we have. We need to improve the use of those places. When we do that, when our tourism sector is established, we will get more income. Thus, we will get more money. Another thing we can do is not to forget the way we are now and the way we are producing now. We can think about the fact that cannabis can affect the income produced by producers. It is a tool that can be used to produce medical medicines and to treat it permanently. New facilities can be used to develop methods that are profitable and sustainable from it.

Gayal, can you tell us about an event that was used by others and worked successfully together? How would you explain the difference between your opinion in the name of the council and that of the resident? Okay, I know. That's a nice thing to say. The reason is that I haven't worked directly as a resident.

Instead, I was in the classrooms, or I was a resident who reported to a manager. That's why I'm thinking that we can have a friendly discussion about any ambitious idea or discussion. There are no things that we can't discuss. If we are in the CET Council, we would be fearless, right? Isn't that right? Yes, that's right. Yes, that's why we can interpret people's emotions. One of the most important things in my life is to try to understand first. I try to ask as many questions as I can before I make a decision about anything.
