Planning & Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended rezoning three properties to institutional use, including the Cornerstone Community Church, the Superior Properties Development, and the former Jim's Hardware location. The Commission also approved a special use permit for a financial advising office and a preliminary plat for Caroline Court, formerly known as Villages of Montgomery.
