Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development Committee - Regular Meeting

The City Plan Commission approved a minor modification to St. Rita Square for additional building signage, a zoning change for properties on South 4th Street from industrial heavy to industrial mixed, and a zoning change for 11919 West Bradley Road from single-family to multi-family residential to allow for senior housing development. The commission also approved plans for a 200-unit affordable residential development at 5825 West Hope Avenue, part of a larger redevelopment of the former Walmart site.
