My name is Alberto Estrade. I'm the procurement director for the city of North Miami. And here with me this afternoon is the assistant director I apologize, Martha. Thank you, Ms. Martha Ruck. Okay.

On behalf of the City of North Miami, I'd like to welcome you to the bid opening for the project titled IFB Number 21-2526 for the Tennis and Pickleball Court Conversion Project. My name is Alberto Estrade. I'm the Procurement Director for the City of North Miami, and I'm here this afternoon with the Assistant Director of Procurement, Ms. Ebony Daniels-Graham, and a representative from the Clerk's Office, Ms. Ruth Rodney.

The city has received two sealed bids. uh for this project um so we are going to go ahead and open up each of the bids and we'll read out the actual bid amount and just a word that both of the proposals have to be reviewed and vetted by the procurement department to ensure that it is uh responsive and responsible in terms of the proposal before final decision is made to award the project so we'll start with. So the first package that was opened is the package from. Fast dry courts. It's actually, the legal name is Tennis Holdings Acquisition LLC, doing business as Fast Dry Courts. So the bid that was submitted by Fast Dry Courts is a total bid price of $267,289. And again, I repeat, 267289. Okay, so that is the bid that was submitted by Fast Dry Courts. The second bid, submitted by... Custom Pickleball Courts LLC doing business as Court King Sports Construction. And the bid submitted by Court King Sports Construction is $294,165. Again, 294,165. So those are the two bids that were submitted. uh again by fast drive courts and court kings sports construction this pretty much concludes the bid opening and again before we close Please know and be advised that both of these proposals have to be reviewed and vetted by our department to ensure that they are both responsive and responsible bidders.
