Omar Sabovera. Present. And that they're in and present our same present is an awesome lesson and you're in a bono is absolute.

2:13 – 2:37Speaker 7

No, no, that's so sad. Yeah. Hi, my dear. Sorry. We're all Any comments? I understand there was a gentleman who wanted to join in our meeting for some proposal, I guess.

2:37Speaker 1

There's one person in here.

2:43Speaker 1

Drew Powell. Hello, team. Can you hear me?

2:49Speaker 4

Yes, we can.

2:50 – 3:12Speaker 1

Yes, hello. My name is Andrew Powell. I am a first class petty officer with the United States Navy, reservist. And I am a part of what's called the First Class Petty Officer Association here in Miami. And I wanted to reach out and discuss the potential opportunity for partnership. I had sent an email and got a response probably from a Kyle, what's their name?

3:13Speaker 7

Yes, I do have a copy of the email, yes, sir.

3:16 – 3:41Speaker 1

Oh, fantastic. And yes, so I want to thank you for giving me an opportunity to speak with you. But essentially, we are a volunteer organization of the Navy, Earth Class Society Officers, and we focus on leadership, mentorship, community service, and supporting sailors and their families. So we raised funds to support programs and outreach efforts and we'd love to partner with the town by providing a potential patriotic photo station and military appreciation presence that could possibly add to your 4th of July experience.

3:43Speaker 6

That sounds wonderful. A photo station and military appreciation.

3:49Speaker 1

Yes. Say that one more time.

3:52Speaker 6

Is there a fee involved?

3:54 – 4:14Speaker 1

No, we would not be charging a fee. What I'd like to know is if we could accept donations or possibly sell our military memorabilia. For example, we have t-shirts and challenge coins that we sell, and then maybe people could donate if they wanted to take photos with us or something like that on their social media, etc. That's what we're thinking.

4:15Speaker 7

Quick question. Do you have a backdrop? Because we're looking for... something for people to get their picture taken.

4:22Speaker 1

Yes, we will bring a backdrop. We will put here a backdrop.

4:26Speaker 7

What kind of backdrop? Is it like a flag or something?

4:30 – 4:42Speaker 1

Yeah, so we're deciding on what we will advance. It's either going to be a flag with like an eagle or an aircraft carrier on the flight deck, something like that. Or maybe a downtown Miami with a flag, something like that. We're thinking of these three ideas.

4:42Speaker 7

Yeah, we were thinking of making this like a historic event.

4:48Speaker 7

So, like, we're going to have reenactments and stuff like that. So, if you could do something historic, that would be fantastic.

4:54Speaker 1

So, you would like a historic backdrop?

4:56Speaker 7

Yeah, for the 250th anniversary.

4:58Speaker 1

Makes sense. Okay. That's okay. Fantastic. We can absolutely do that.

5:02Speaker 7

Let us know and send it to Isla so we can...

5:05Speaker 1

Absolutely.

5:06Speaker 7

For a short time, we were pretty much ahead of what we want, but this is, I think it's a heaven sent because we needed something with a backdrop.

5:15Speaker 4

Oh, wow. Okay.

5:16 – 5:28Speaker 7

So, Isla's... I think we have to make a decision, I guess, not right now because we're in public comments, but you're saying you want to accept donations and sell memorabilia and stuff like that?

5:29Speaker 7

When we get to that point, we'll make a decision. I don't see any problem, but we have to, as a committee, we have to vote on it.

5:38Speaker 7

We'll keep in touch, okay?

5:39Speaker 1

Thank you so much for the conversation.

5:41Speaker 7

How much do you want to say?

5:43Speaker 1

Say that one more time.

5:44Speaker 7

Any other additional comments you want to provide to us?

5:48 – 6:04Speaker 1

Well, so for example, like us setting up a booth and providing a backdrop where people can take photos, that sounds like it's an idea that you're open to. Is there anything I need to know to help you with the ideation? Like I can send an email with the ideas we have, so maybe with some photos so you can see kind of the vision.

6:04Speaker 7

Yes, send us something that we can look at.

6:07Speaker 1

Perfect. I will absolutely do that.

6:08Speaker 7

You and our group tentatively what you're proposing.

6:13Speaker 7

I mean, I trust you that you're going to have something very nice for us.

6:16Speaker 1

Absolutely. We're the military, so we can't.

6:18Speaker 7

One of the members has a question.

6:20Speaker 6

Okay. Okay. My question is, are you going to have someone taking the photo or do the people take their picture with their phone?

6:30 – 6:53Speaker 1

We were thinking that people would take the picture with their phone, but if we need to have someone take a photo, we might be able to do that. We do have that component of the Navy as well. Yeah, because I was thinking it would be a few of us sailors, so we could obviously have someone with a camera taking photos as well. We can figure out the logistics. Whatever people are more comfortable with. I think people tend to be more comfortable taking the pictures with their phones.

6:54 – 7:09Speaker 6

Yes, yes. Unless you have something that you take the photo and then it comes out. You have the equipment. That would be an equipment. That would be an equipment. According to the email we received,

7:10 – 7:27Speaker 5

What they're providing, excuse me, are sailors in dress white, patriotic photo station, family and future sailor photo opportunities, a challenge coin and shirt sales, community engagement, and then the space, they need a 10 by 10 booth space.

7:28Speaker 1

And potentially the power for them to plug in a fan or something like that in case it's hot. Yeah.

7:35Speaker 6

The web, the web, we didn't hear you.

7:37Speaker 1

You know, I said there's a potential to have power available in case it's hot so we can plug in a fan. But, you know, we're the Navy. We know it's July. It is what it is, you know.

7:46Speaker 5

Yeah, we'll find the optimal power for lighting slash fan is what he's talking about. Yeah.

7:54Speaker 7

We'll get you probably close to where one of the videos are that have, I think I have electricity.

8:00Speaker 5

Yeah, they do have. I like it. He needs a light.

8:05 – 8:19Speaker 7

Yeah, we'll accommodate. I mean, like I said, we need to vote on it. I don't think this is going to be any problem, but we'll let you know if we'll get an extension course or whatever.

8:19Speaker 1

Absolutely. Absolutely. I will absolutely send an email out tomorrow.

8:24 – 8:39Speaker 7

When you, um, I guess I has been sending me stuff, but, uh, We can share emails and then ask them to copy me on it so we're all on the same line of communication.

8:40Speaker 1

Okay, perfect. I will ideate some things tonight and send an email tomorrow with some ideas of what we're thinking and then we can go from there.

8:48Speaker 7

And you have some graphic stuff that we can look at?

8:51Speaker 1

Absolutely. That's exactly what I'm going to include in the email tomorrow.

8:54Speaker 7

Okay, thank you so much, sir.

8:56Speaker 1

Thank you so much for taking the opportunity. Oh, great. I'm so excited. Thank you so much. This has been a pleasure speaking with you all.

9:02Speaker 7

Thank you. Have a great day.

9:04Speaker 1

You too. Okay.

9:06 – 9:17Speaker 7

Okay. Is that it? No? Okay, we'll vote on it when we get to the further devices. Okay. The better the vision, the missions.

9:17Speaker 5

That's when you add it now.

9:20 – 9:48Speaker 7

Well, actually, we're adding the... This item. Well, actually, it's part of the fourth of July activities. I asked, I don't know, because I said, do I, it's not here. I created like a little worksheet. Let's see if we can share it with everybody. If not, can you make copies for us? I know I have a little few, but I don't have enough for everybody.

9:52Speaker 5

Yes, it has.

9:54 – 10:44Speaker 7

I sent it to, oh, come on. Okay. You can share, we will share it with you. So basically it's adding these items to of events. So I think we've had it. Wait a minute. We can add it to the list. I think it's part of the assignment that we have. Plays, enactments, games.

10:44Speaker 5

Okay, so we have no deferrals, additions, or deletions.

10:48 – 11:15Speaker 7

Let me look because I know I've been getting a lot of Also, I got an email from Isle asking about the art booth. Another person wants to participate. It's called Pink Forward. So we can add it to the list of potential, you know, participants. I mean, we have a little list here of all the community collaborations, volunteers.

11:15Speaker 3

So that would just be under July 4th, correct? Yeah, July 4th.

11:18Speaker 7

That would be under July 4th.

11:20Speaker 7

Oh, they jumped to July 4th? We're not doing the minutes or anything like that? No, we're going to do the review.

11:27Speaker 5

So we have no deferrals, additions, and deletions.

11:30Speaker 7

That's why we're adding all these items, all this stuff that has been coming to me.

11:34Speaker 5

That would be the end of July 4th.

11:36Speaker 7

You said add it to the July 4th list of items for review.

11:41Speaker 3

Well, you already have a shifty preview. Yeah, so we should be okay to not have to add that.

11:46Speaker 7

Yeah, it's just, you know, like this is a worksheet that I created at the last moment.

11:51Speaker 3

Yeah, so we can discuss when we get to July 4th.

11:54Speaker 7

Yeah, July 4th. Review and approve all the minutes.

12:01Speaker 7

What do you think of your claim? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.

12:16Speaker 4

Yeah, I'm also a second.

12:20Speaker 5

I'm going to see everything.

12:29 – 13:06Speaker 7

Who made the motion? I second. She seconded. Do you see anything that needs to be corrected? I'm seeing. I'm sure. Great thing. That's it. Quick. Okay, any discussion or fair. All right. Yes. Okay. Okay. That's a real quick budget review meeting debriefing. The one that we had on June 4th.

13:07 – 16:21Speaker 6

Yeah. I attended the town meeting for the proposed committee budgets for fiscal year 2026, 27. Basically at the beginning of the meeting, Mayor Josh spoke and said that, you know, there's a proposed bill that has passed the Florida legislature regarding property taxes and it goes to the ballot in November. So he asked that the committees, you know, basically do not ask to increase their budget. Nothing will be done until then. Right. They don't know what's going to happen with the November results. So basically, I spoke to them regarding the 4th of July event and telling them how excited we are. It's the 258th anniversary and how we're all working hard and everything that we're going to do. So I asked for the $1,000 extra, which is what we had discussed, from $11,000 to $12,000. I answered questions that they had regarding the event and everything that we're doing. Again, I requested... that the name be changed from Concert on the Fairway to Concerts. What? Town Concerts, which are the ones Main Street like. Yes. And I told them about that, and I said that, you know, Felicia had done a great job, you know, getting the bands, you know, and scheduling everyone. So they were very happy with those events, the one on Main Street and all the people that come. So... mayor made a motion and it was approved by the council member that the name concert on the fairway will not be replaced by town concerts so that was approved okay um i requested that since we have the three thousand dollars left over from the black history month event which you know unfortunately you know it didn't happen and we didn't do i asked to see if it could be uh moved to the hispanic heritage event on October the 10th. After discussing it and a lot of the council people discussing it and with their budget and everyone that was there, basically they decided to, yes, allow us to move the $3,000 from the Black History Month event to the Hispanic Heritage event. A suggestion was made since the event is in October that most likely many of these people like the band, et cetera, will have to be paid in September. So that is the key here. So hopefully they will be paid in September, but they did approve that we use it for the Hispanic Heritage event. I mentioned the increase of $500 for Union of Distinction, and then $1,000 for Hispanic Heritage for the next year. In closure, I told them that basically we were requesting $42,450 for the fiscal year 2026-27, to which there was no answer. So, but I requested it. And that's it. I have a question. Yes.

16:21Speaker 7

So they agreed to move the Black History Month.

16:38 – 17:14Speaker 6

for this for this exactly that's not my question okay the black history three thousand dollars to hispanic heritage correct but that would be a new fiscal year well that's why it was discussed with them and that's why they said that yes considering that even though that was in October, which is the beginning of fiscal year, most likely all of that would be pay in September, which we'll call it. Yeah, they happen. Exactly. So that's what I was telling Justin and Geraldine, we've got to, you know, make it look that way.

17:14Speaker 3

We had an issue with payment last time. In September. There you go.

17:17Speaker 6

But I told them that for sure, you know, not to believe the Black History Month.

17:23Speaker 5

No, no, no. I know that. I was just making sure that that's next fiscal year. We need to use that money up this year.

17:30 – 17:45Speaker 6

All right. Okay. I think that's even better paying in advance. Yes. It was a prior problem last year. Yes. Okay. Next item. How is it going? Everything's on target. So far we have 23 attendees that have signed up.

17:45Speaker 7

We need to spread the word because remember most of the time half of them

17:58 – 18:26Speaker 4

um actually show up um i told me all the items that we ordered has discussed last meeting have arrived um the check for the bait has already been sent to one stop and then her slaw has also provided their 500 sponsorship and say oh the town's going to provide the ice and the coolers but we need to get the tables and the table and two chairs correct and i have another one a couple chairs we should be good okay so we're okay with the chairs Yeah, because Felicia is going to have some, and I'll have one.

18:26Speaker 6

I have some, too, that I can bring. If you want to, yeah.

18:29Speaker 7

I mean, there are tables, so it's just the registration. There's benches.

18:35 – 18:48Speaker 4

There's benches. What I used to order before were two tables and a few chairs, because sometimes people just want to sit. And so if you have some and want to bring your own, even better. But I'll have a table for the sponsor, and then Felicia can bring a table, and we can use them for registration.

18:48 – 19:01Speaker 4

Yeah, I have my table in my car all the time. It's a folding here. I guess 8 o'clock. We're going to start at 8.30. And it's from like 8.30 to 11. Okay, thank you, Trinette. Okay, moving on to a big one. Okay.

19:18Speaker 7

This is our last meeting before the 4th of July. We really have to wrap this up.

19:23Speaker 6

I wanted to think of it that way. Yeah, it goes fast.

19:26 – 20:24Speaker 7

Yeah, it goes fast. And we started early on when it catches up. As for our last subcommittee meeting, we had, we couldn't do the subcommittee meeting, which is fine because it would have been yesterday and again today. So what I did is basically took the list of assignments from last month, and then create like a little worksheet. And so far we have station light and sounds are confirmed. They're working with the band. They're organizing what they need finally, because I think the military band that you recommended is, you know, they have active duty, so they cannot be just playing music. They're doing their military activities. So, but they finally, you know, I texted him and said, please answer IELTS. We'll get in touch with Light FX Pro. So they're working on it. They provided a list of songs.

20:24Speaker 4

So basically, I think if you checked, you know, the list that we have, the DJ is confirmed.

20:28 – 20:55Speaker 7

Master ceremony is going to be William Perez from the Veterans Committee. The live show is going to be sung by somebody from their band, whether it's a man or a woman. Sponsorship package. Elsa did a great job with it.

20:55Speaker 6

Do you want me to report on the sponsor?

20:59Speaker 7

Basically, you know, you can start filling out. Do you have the form? No, I don't have the form.

21:04Speaker 6

I passed it.

21:05 – 21:20Speaker 7

Okay. Can you give her the form so we can know the amounts? So she's been getting different sponsors. How many do we have? I know Rene Garcia is... Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. Here's the list. Sorry, I didn't have this.

21:20Speaker 6

Okay, so we have one, two, three, four, five.

21:22Speaker 7

And with Rene, we have six. Yes.

21:26Speaker 6

And then pending, the grant companies, which they said they will sponsor, that will be seven.

21:31 – 21:47Speaker 7

Will be seven. So we have so far seven. And we're having an ad in the paper that we finally finalized it. And hopefully that will help us get more sponsors. It's going to be in the June 19th issue. So hopefully we'll get anybody else when it comes.

21:48Speaker 6

Yeah, so we're looking at $16,000 in sponsorship pending the grant companies. Considering the amount of time.

21:59 – 22:42Speaker 7

Yes. But we need to start early. I think what happened this time was that they were trying to get the money for the stage and that delayed the sponsorship package. So that sponsorship package has to be done. But we can't control. So we have enough time. Luckily, like Elsa and everybody's effort, we were able to, because we needed, we had the flyer done, but we only had one sponsor, Baptist. And we said, no, we need more because that way people see their name and it entices other people to become sponsors. So we were lucky that that got done. So I don't know if we have the latest flyer because I know we have the ad. You know if the flyer is ready?

22:43Speaker 5

I don't know. I think the councilmen, like three of them already posted it on there.

22:49Speaker 5

I have a copy of the ad.

22:50 – 23:37Speaker 7

I have a copy of the ad. Send me a copy. There's a flyer behind you. But that's the one. They changed something. So, okay. So, basically... The food trucks, we have Oscar finally confirmed. And he provided like a list of trucks and food. As far as the latest from Miles' emails, we have 15 trucks. I bet we can fit 15 trucks here to copy there with everybody on the layout of the park. And I did it.

23:39Speaker 5

Oh, I only have two copies.

23:42 – 24:47Speaker 7

Maybe I'll share them with you already. That's the only copy I have, Erwin. Oh, no, I have one here. I need this again. So basically, this is the... I'll try to see if I can send it to you, because I cannot send it to you as far as it can be. Basically, the trucks are going to be always on this side and this side. Now we have to find out where to relocate it. We'll locate that booth, the photo booth. The kids zone is back here. Mary Collins and the sensory is going to be back here. And it's basically the same thing we do every year. So activity zones, sponsor areas, and then the booth, I guess, will go along this side. So yeah, thank you. And basically, like I said, the food trucks, are going to be run by Oscar. And then the Florida Market Group, the A was going to do the beer and wine garden. And he's going to have also have both selling patriotic items.

24:48 – 24:59Speaker 2

Through the chair, the one time that they did the photo, they did it right to the right of the stage left. When you're facing the stage, it's to the right. That was the, because all the electrical and everything is right there.

24:59 – 25:25Speaker 7

That's where they had it about two years ago. That's what we should commit people to. PB, Lupita D Montoya, You know, do you want to do that. PB, Lupita D Montoya, Okay. PB, Lupita D Montoya, Yeah. PB, Lupita D Montoya, Children's games. I think you provided a list. It was. PB, Lupita D Montoya, Order already. Yes. and so forth. Are they already ordered?

25:25Speaker 6

Yes, I sent it to you.

25:27Speaker 7

Historic displays, which is basically, I guess, the backdrops that we're doing, pictures, reenactment, anything?

25:35Speaker 3

I got a no, we can't do it from the theater, yeah. They said they couldn't find the people who were willing to.

25:44Speaker 7

There was somebody that, I contacted, yeah, I contacted them.

25:50Speaker 3

They don't do, that's not really what they do. They dress up like Star Wars characters.

25:58Speaker 7

No, no, we don't want Star Wars.

26:06Speaker 3

Yeah, I'm going to try some other avenues to see if I can make it happen. I mean, I don't think it's going to make or break the internet.

26:13Speaker 7

We can use all our disguises from Amazon and we can dress up and walk around. I'm going to find somebody.

26:18Speaker 6

So we, I mean, that's the only thing I think is spending is the historic displays and reenactments.

26:35Speaker 7

which is Justin said. How about the youth group?

26:39Speaker 6

The youth committee, the youth task.

26:43Speaker 7

That's whatever.

26:43Speaker 6

The youth task force? Yeah.

26:46 – 27:07Speaker 7

The YATF? Yeah, maybe we can get some of the young people to dress up. That would be a good idea. Who's the chair now? I just said, we'll help out. I don't think she's going to be here before you told me. Okay. But maybe we can get them to do it. The idea was to get them involved and then text out for them. So, you know, that's the collaboration.

27:07Speaker 4

Yeah, I'll have Isabella help. Yeah, that's good to see.

27:10Speaker 7

So we'll keep up. If we can do that, then we're covered.

27:12Speaker 3

I like that. That's what I was thinking. And then the friend truck.

27:17 – 27:47Speaker 7

We requested it. I don't know how to pronounce it. But I sent a request to them, but she never got any feedback from them. So I'm behind it, too, because they want it for not the Fourth of July for the veterans, but this is something part of the 150th anniversary. So I'll get on it as soon as I can and work with Claire Shaw because she's the one that did it.

27:47Speaker 6

But they're not going to be there for the 4th of June.

27:50 – 28:04Speaker 7

But it's something that we could advertise it and say we're going to have it, you know, for the veterans parade. The event flyer is done. The ad is done. So that part is complete. Through the chair?

28:05 – 28:21Speaker 6

Yes. Is there a chance to do some posters that we could put them along Main Street with the merchants to have the posters displayed? Advertising the flyer like we do when we do our festival. We did that a few years back. We did that a few years back.

28:22Speaker 6

That's what I'm saying.

28:24Speaker 7

As long as the flyer has all the logos, because that's the one that we use for the newspaper. I'll find out. You can find out for us.

28:35Speaker 6

If we don't want to do the posters, we could enlarge the flyer.

28:39Speaker 7

We can talk to Matthew. Matthew Castemayor, because he did some for the Main Street Live one time. So maybe he can help us with that.

28:48 – 28:59Speaker 6

Yeah, that's a good idea. Yeah. Because people see it. They walk Main Street, they walk all the different areas, and they see it, and it's good. They display it on their windows.

28:59 – 29:37Speaker 7

Like I said, we need to build it. I already sell mine out. It's basically... So basically, I'm going down the list of the tasks... The red flag is done. Children's activities, proposal invoice review, that's done. Collaboration with the time committees. Again, we can see if we can get the youth task force or anybody else. Tentative event timeline, post. I know they told us to just follow the timeline.

29:37Speaker 6

I saw it. You got it, Torsen Park, the timeline.

29:41 – 30:50Speaker 7

So basically, it's extensive because the town does a lot of stuff early on. I think I showed this to you last time with our last subcommittee. And told us basically to focus on this part here, which is 6.30, actually it's 6 o'clock. 6 o'clock, yeah, 6 o'clock till 9.30 when everything ends. And the fireworks concludes a very big thing. So basically is getting this finalized. A lot of stuff is done with the town. And then all this stuff has been done. That stage sponsor, platinum sponsor. So we have all that in here. So a lot of this thing has been filled out already. So basically it's getting, I'm going to get in touch with And now to give them the final time, which I think is the same as last year. It's just coordinating everything. And, you know, we have one more visit. We have two weeks, three weeks, three weeks left.

30:52 – 31:23Speaker 7

So I think we're on track. We're doing pretty good. And now a lot of people want to participate, which is awesome. We didn't have this before, so we're very happy. So let's see what's the next item. Timeline review or a company's collaboration is having, again, the task force or anybody else, especially me, is getting involved too. So they're part of the team. You're going to be there?

31:23Speaker 5

I'm setting up. I'm not going to be there for the actual time. Right.

31:27 – 31:50Speaker 7

Okay. So, okay, great. Any questions? Any questions? I guess we need to vote to have this gentleman bring his photo or whatever. I'd like to make a motion to have him involved and participate. With a backdrop? With a backdrop.

31:50Speaker 6

That is with the theme of the 250th anniversary. Yes. Because that's important. That's what we want. That's what it's all about. Right.

32:00Speaker 7

Second in motion? Second. Okay.

32:05 – 32:30Speaker 8

It will be ideal that you have your 250 logo and so forth. But even if it doesn't, I still think that we need, you know, it's at no cost. They're going to be dressed in uniform, very patriotic. Yeah. And I'm sure whatever else they can bring it in, whether it's the eagle, the flag, or whatever it is, it's still very commemorative. So to have patience.

32:30Speaker 7

See how big it is.

32:32Speaker 8

So regardless of the matter, I think it should be a goal. Right.

32:35Speaker 6

Yeah. And they'll be selling. So that's where they're going to get their money. And they'll be, everybody wants to make a donation.

32:42Speaker 7

Right. So. So I thought. All in favor? Aye. Against? Okay. I'll let them know that we approve.

32:51 – 33:02Speaker 2

To the chair, we asked the, what's your name? Yeah, could you send a copy of the flyer out to our email so we can send out to other people?

33:02Speaker 7

Yeah, the flyer on the 4th of July. With all the sponsored logos.

33:07Speaker 8

Okay, I can request it.

33:09Speaker 7

Yeah, because we have information that is sent to Linda, the Miami Laker, but it's a narrow one.

33:19Speaker 2

We can send it out to the people that we know. So you want a different flyer?

33:24Speaker 6

I'm just curious. It's just a curious question.

33:27 – 33:39Speaker 7

Are we making any food accommodation for the 13th Army marching band? We always do. We always do. I'll take care of it, but I'll follow up with her, yes.

33:39Speaker 5

We had a motion to... Yeah, she always does that.

33:44 – 34:00Speaker 7

Even without us. She always has plans for them. Oh, is that the way it works? The same way that I get the... The public. Yeah, the same way that I get the food for them. Okay, wonderful. But it's devoted particularly to just them.

34:00Speaker 2

Yeah, exactly. And pretty behind the state.

34:03Speaker 7

Yeah, behind the state.

34:07Speaker 6

So Noah was mentioning that we do want a different flyer. He was saying you want a different flyer.

34:14Speaker 3

It was too wide.

34:15Speaker 6

Because this was too narrow. Or narrow. Yeah, that one with the... Exactly, that's what he mentioned. So you do want the updated flyer. Updated flyer. Made by Ken.

34:25Speaker 7

Because this one only has masses.

34:27Speaker 3

Right, right. So you want an updated one that's not narrow.

34:32 – 35:00Speaker 7

eight and a half by 11 which is the normal one that we have or 11 by 14 or well that one 11 by 14 is much of a bigger it's a little stronger we can get uh someone to help with that because i know for them like i said for the race your life uh they get some for us if he was posted in our own mainstream. So that's economic development. We can get them involved in this.

35:00Speaker 6

Okay, who's going to contact them?

35:02Speaker 7

I'll contact Matthew to see if he can help us. He needs to have the copy. I'll see if I can launch it. Yeah.

35:10Speaker 6

The sooner the better. I mean, this event doesn't need to be advertised. Everybody knows about it.

35:22Speaker 7

But it's always good to advertise and to probably get more sponsors.

35:25Speaker 4

Don't forget to advertise the fishing tournament.

35:27Speaker 7

Yes, the fishing tournament.

35:28Speaker 4

Because we only have 23 people.

35:30 – 35:44Speaker 7

I know. Yeah, we need to advertise that. And that has to go. Any other questions on the July 4th event? I have a question.

35:44 – 36:07Speaker 6

Yes. When we do get the flyers from Matthew or the little, you know, paper posters, whatever he's going to do, Tell them not to do phone, please. Just do either the cardboard or paper, because the phone is hard. Should we kind of do our own little committee that we go out there to Main Street and whatever, to the merchants and take?

36:07Speaker 7

We used to do that long ago. I have the flyers. They would print 30 copies or 40 copies, and we would just go around and hand them out. Okay, send it to the schools.

36:18 – 36:46Speaker 6

I'm willing to volunteer to walk, you know, the main street or the airport. Everybody takes a different shopping center. Yeah, and they make sure that you take tape with you. Yeah, go ahead and put it on the window. You do it. And that's that. Just do it immediately. So they know what they want to put it for. Okay, so that's a good idea. Yeah, I'll kind of. Felicia, do you want me to kind of coordinate when we have that so everybody gets a different shopping center?

36:46Speaker 7

Yeah, no, what we normally do is, you know, Alice met Prince for us. She's a stack of 10 on the front desk, and you come and pick them up.

36:54Speaker 6

Okay, but then we assign different shopping centers.

36:56 – 37:12Speaker 7

Yes, normally that's, again, that's what we used to do a long time ago, is you pick the area that you want to do, and then you just let us know so we don't repeat. Okay, I have a list of the shopping centers. Okay, you want to make a list? I haven't. Oh, you haven't already? I haven't.

37:12Speaker 6

Because that's what we did for our festival all the time. Right. We went about the five shopping centers. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

37:17Speaker 7

And I thought I'd guess where the other one was. Okay. Sounds good. Main Street.

37:23Speaker 6

I'll let everybody know once we have those.

37:27 – 37:44Speaker 7

And I'll know because we don't want to break the search. I love it. Does anybody need to fill one of these up? Because he just gave me a copy and I... You already filled out yours, the deficient term, did you? No, I don't have it. Okay. So the one- What, the event form?

37:44Speaker 6

Huh? The event form.

37:46Speaker 7

The event form. For the 4th of July, we basically, we need, like, a booth and a table.

37:53Speaker 6

We need a tent, and we need a table, and we need four chairs.

37:59Speaker 6

Because we have our own table.

38:00Speaker 7

I'll fill it out. If it's for us for the 4th of July, I'll fill it out. It's no big deal. Are we done with the point of July? Any questions?

38:10Speaker 5

That young lady. Oh, the young lady.

38:12 – 38:55Speaker 7

Yeah, we need to paint this forward. Yeah, paint forward. Let me just do it real quick. There's a new thread below. We're going on. We're going on. We're going on. We're going on. We're going on. We're going on. We're going on. Do we want to do that? I don't know. It's children's. So we have to see. We have to see what is going on. Is it going to be like painting or? I am ready to request a book space at a Miami-Dade park for children painting workshop this 4th of July.

38:55 – 39:18Speaker 5

This is a creative and inspiring space during the holiday. I am already collecting paint supplies, but I need assistance securing the park space. Having this approved will help me secure more supplies from donations and eventually offer this program to other events. She's not, the only thing that looks to me, the only thing she's asking for is a booth. Correct.

39:18Speaker 6

Or a table or a space.

39:21 – 39:32Speaker 8

Presence. What she wants, because I met with her once, what they do, it's all she needs is make sure to have a space so she can promote it.

39:32Speaker 7

To make sure that... Is she promoting a workshop or does she paint there?

39:37Speaker 8

It's similar to paint for moms. You know, it's just work, you know, kids come and paint and draw and activities. It's more like an activity.

39:47Speaker 7

Another activity? Right. Put that in the kids zone or no?

39:51Speaker 8

Ideally, that's where it should go. And it will be for her perfect location as well.

39:57Speaker 6

Okay. The kids zone, that's where we have the jumping thing and I mean, nearby. We also have different things.

40:07Speaker 8

Remember, the idea is to do the art, the balloon, so it becomes like a little play area. Right.

40:16Speaker 7

And I'm sure we could put her in there, but we have to see how it's going to look because it's going to require a tent.

40:24Speaker 8

For sure, she's not going to have a 250-year data.

40:28Speaker 8

I don't think she's going to come up with that.

40:31Speaker 8

Maybe a tablecloth.

40:36Speaker 7

Something to make sure that she's... We need to find out more, I think.

40:40Speaker 8

Yeah, I think so, too.

40:42Speaker 6

She was requesting booth space. She needs a booth. She needs one with a tent.

40:47Speaker 7

Does she have a table and chair? No, at least a coat.

40:53 – 41:07Speaker 7

So can we tentatively approve what she wants to do and then find out more. I don't like approving something, but I'm not sure what we're approving. I think we need to find out. A tent, a table for her?

41:08Speaker 2

A tent and a table and a table. Yeah, okay.

41:12Speaker 4

That's your motion. I'll make a motion to approve, I guess, her tent.

41:16Speaker 7

They are going to approve. They are going to approve.

41:18Speaker 4

They are going to approve.

41:20Speaker 7

That's what it's called.

41:22Speaker 5

Make it forward.

41:23Speaker 7

Make it forward. Make it forward.

41:26Speaker 7

Okay, seconded. Discussion? Okay, all in favor? Aye. I guess. Okay, let's see what she can provide. It's very, you know, sketchy.

41:35Speaker 4

I don't think it's a big deal if she can't. No, yeah.

41:38 – 42:43Speaker 7

If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Okay, anything else? Let's see if they have been bombarded with a bunch of bingos and stuff. Have anything changed? The kids. Yeah, the kids. Okay, this is already approved. The military booth and things. What was the other one? Okay. So next item, Music for America. I think we approved the invoice from the last. I don't know if they already signed the contract, but I mean, we approved the amount, which is the same as last year. So I'll check with Isabella to see if they already got the contract signed. We have time for our next meeting and then promote it. I mean, it's been approved, so That's basically what we, for the Music of America of August 15. Hopefully, we'll get the same musicians. It's going to be beautiful like last year, hopefully. And then, any questions on this one, on the Music of America? No? Let's move on to the next one. Book Talk, Elsa.

42:43 – 44:28Speaker 6

Okay, real quick. You can put in September 10th. It's not the 10th. It's September 17th. Oh, sorry. Because the old date was September 10th, but it's the 17th. Well, my budget is $98. I've been able to get... Elizabeth is super excited about this. She's spreading the word. You saw the little video that she put together. A beautiful person. I already have her book. I have to start reading it. Whenever we do open it up to Eventbrite, we're talking about the book talk, I would like to maybe cap it at 100. Because I know the word is going to get around, and I don't know. I don't know how the committee feels, but I think we should just cap it at 100 to be able to control the drink and the food and all that. So I did get already, basically, her parents are going to fund the food. So they're going to fund the food. So basically, the committee would only have to help us with a bottle of wine and the prosecco like we've done before in the past. So that way, if everybody brings one bottle, and then I could just go ahead and buy the cups and the little plates. And then I will be within my $98 budget. Not an additional $2. No, no, no, no. I saw everything. We're super excited about this. Oh, and thank you, Trinette. Donated the 10 books. Thank you. Oh, wonderful. Yes. Wonderful.

44:29Speaker 4

You might need tickets for the raffle, but we're going to have probably leftovers.

44:32Speaker 6

I have leftovers from before.

44:34Speaker 4

I have them all now for the fishing.

44:36Speaker 6

Oh, okay. Then you know what? Once you finish the fishing tournament, then give them to me, and I'll hold on, and then I'll give them to you. Perfect.

44:43Speaker 7

Okay. So what time do you want to stay? 6.30?

44:46 – 45:09Speaker 6

That's real. Oh, yeah. Definitely. That's real. September. What time? Yeah. To be there, I think. At least an hour before. 630 by six. Yes. And this is the 17th. The 17th.

45:09Speaker 7

I apologize. I did this basically in my phone.

45:13Speaker 6

No, it's because I was the old date, but there was a conflict with my face.

45:18 – 45:34Speaker 2

Is it possible we could have given Elsa some money, like 500 bucks just to have it, make sure that she doesn't hate for the family. I know the family want to do that, but if we could do it, I think it would be better if we have the money.

45:35Speaker 7

Where do you recommend we get it from?

45:38Speaker 2

Well, I don't know. You know, we gave the Hispanic $3,000. They need all that?

45:47Speaker 2

What were they going to do if we hadn't had the $3,000? You don't have to cut down a lot of the activity.

45:57Speaker 8

Let's get some. The food. I know that you mentioned that the parents are providing the food. Why?

46:04 – 46:29Speaker 6

No, no, no, no. They're giving me the money and then I'm ordering the food. Oh, yes. Oh, I was from Vicky Bakery like we did last year. They worked. People like, you know, something simple, finger foods. Because at that time, you know, some people have already... It's a regular family thing.

46:29Speaker 7

Yeah, no, they're going to give me the money and then I'll go ahead and just make sure that they get the promotion of their donations.

46:39Speaker 8

I don't know. Bring the money for the food. Can you also buy the plates with that money?

46:46Speaker 6

I have nothing. You have plates left over? I

46:56Speaker 7

I have plates at home.

46:58Speaker 6

No, no, no, no, no, no. Let me, let me look. Thank you.

47:00Speaker 7

Heritage is now $6,900. No. $6,900. $6,900. $6,900.

47:03Speaker 6

$6,900. Where's the $900 from?

47:04Speaker 7

It says here on the things, $3,900. You had $3,900. You had $3,000. We moved $900.

47:27Speaker 5

to it, and now we move, we're gonna move another 3,000.

47:31Speaker 6

Where did we get the 900? Yeah, right here. Oh, no. Yeah, right here, right here.

47:35Speaker 5

Yeah, I thought it was only 3,000.

47:37 – 47:52Speaker 6

See, this was the, and then it was amended. Oh, no, this is the 3,900 is requested. No, it's an amended budget. It's an amended. Yeah, amended. It's right here. Yeah, yeah, right here. I have it on this one, too.

47:52Speaker 5

It's under our judgment.

47:56Speaker 6

Yeah, so in other words, the budget was $3,000. The amended is $3,900.

48:04Speaker 7

We moved $900 from where?

48:07Speaker 6

That's fine. I don't remember doing. Maybe we moved it from the Arbash. I don't know. We spoke about that.

48:17Speaker 5

I'm just curious, because now your budget is $6,900. I wasn't here last meeting. What's that entail of?

48:24 – 49:14Speaker 3

Okay. You want me to go ahead and give an update on Hispanic? Yeah. So Hispanic heritage, we discussed. So now it's being moved to the newer side of Main Street by Chellas in front of Chellas in front of the old Estrella location. So taking off over both sides. We're going to close the street. In theory, that's the concept. Yes. Grams are, it's a process getting answers on these, but yeah, that's the idea. So, but you're going to have, you have all the paths in front. I don't know if you guys can. So you have all the paths kind of set up there. The big grassy area next to Chella's where we're going to have the main stage. So larger performers, and then we're going to have a smaller stage on the opposite side. Yeah.

49:17Speaker 7

I remember when I saw the one at the South Miami Art Festival, they were really far away from each other.

49:24 – 52:00Speaker 3

I mean, the question comes down to how big the event gets, and that also comes down to how many vendors we end up getting to confirm. So if we get enough vendors to confirm, then I can take the event down the street up to Town Hall, which would be ideal. But having said that, there's been some things with vendors because the town is requiring a certain amount of insurance and, and things. And some of these vendors are saying that it's too much for them and what they're going to make. So that's been the issue that I've been having with people confirming. So I'm just trying to go around that, but it's. I'm sorry. Her vendor. Yeah. Every vendor has provided insurance that insures the grams and the town of Miami lakes. And then. also pay the fee, which we're charging a hundred dollars. So. Yeah. But so if they're, you have to think about it. I just told me if I'm selling a sticker for three bucks and I'm ending up paying, you know, she said the insurance looks like it'll probably be around two 50. Yeah. So three 50 would be there. She's selling a sticker. I mean, you have to sell a lot of stickers to make, to make it make sense. Right. So that's the issue that I'm having with vendors. Um, but we'll see. Chellas has already confirmed. They're super excited. They're going to do a cooking demonstration for us at the event. And they're also going to show people how to make a certain cocktail. So they're excited. Acai Express, they're going to be involved as well. Dr. Limon is a possibility as well to be selling food at the event. So obviously all these food vendors are going to be selling their food. So probably selling something that's special to them that represents the country that they represent. We have some performers that have come So they have performers that do flamenco, salsa, tango. So they're going to be representing different countries in that. We also have sport and dance academy that will also be performing. So we'll split that up between different performers. We've talked about the Spanish guitarist is very inexpensive. We'll probably be a smaller performer. What else is going on?

52:01Speaker 5

Could I ask, meanwhile, so the $6,900 is mainly for entertainment because we're not doing any food?

52:08 – 52:37Speaker 3

Correct. Yeah. So it's going to be mainly for entertainment. I just heard from Isle Today that Miami-Dade County says that they can provide the staging for us. And they have the availability for all their stages. So we can probably get them to provide the stage and then we could just up the ante on the stage by adding, you know, lighting and that kind of thing to the stage. And maybe like a nice backdrop that says, you know, the Boar Fest on it.

52:37 – 52:57Speaker 7

And then obviously we need sound. The thing is that we use for our sound too. So he only provides lighting. So I gave him his name and I told him that, you know, because he's good, he's very reliable. So we talked to him to see if he can make a date with me.

52:57 – 53:16Speaker 3

Perfect. Yeah. So if we can use those stages from there, we'll save so much money on that aspect because that was going to take up so much of our budget. It was just a stage. So now that we know that's a possibility, I want to try to secure those so that we know that we have those. And then hopefully get... Two stages.

53:16Speaker 7

Awesome. Yeah. That's at least $900 a piece.

53:20Speaker 3

Yeah, I mean, they have a really big notch.

53:23Speaker 6

They have to pay $1,000.

53:26 – 53:38Speaker 3

Yeah. How much is a stage? I mean, the quotes that I worked, I'm actually having someone come out to give me quotes on stage and just as a backup, but it's going to be expensive.

53:38Speaker 7

Yeah, the stage that we use for the Main Street Live, which is an 8x24 because it fits in the space that we have, It's $900. No, actually, no. $600 something.

53:48Speaker 6

$900 is the like... Yeah, but that's small for farmers. Yeah, yeah.

53:53 – 54:51Speaker 3

They need a bigger... Yeah. So I also want to do a kids area. So the kids will be decorating their passports. And the idea is to kind of get passports stamped around the different Hispanic countries. Yeah. And then also, I have a French... He's going to be providing the artists. He has like 30 artists that he works with, different kinds of art. And the idea right now is that hopefully if they don't rent out the space of La Estrella, that all the art is going to be displayed within La Estrella. So people will be able to go inside and look at it. They can purchase art from the artist and also see. And then if not, the backup is Town Hall. But I would prefer, let's try again. Yeah, maybe close. That was going to be a distance.

54:51Speaker 8

We're going to be at a distance.

54:53Speaker 3

Yeah. So the only way that town hall would work is if we had so many vendors that it rather not back up.

54:59Speaker 7

It's always renting a space, but the corner right there makes it across from the Francisco. Isn't it?

55:06Speaker 6

Yeah. So, oh yeah, that one is empty. Yeah.

55:08 – 55:23Speaker 8

The only thing we have to cross the street to make it feel connected. I mean, the traffic, the traffic, kids crossing the street. Ideally, if they do a block, like a block party, remember?

55:23Speaker 7

By law, we cannot block because that's definitely the only way. Main Street is a private street, but 67th is a public. No, 67th you can't.

55:33 – 56:38Speaker 8

No, no, no, we're not blocking. Blocking. main street between the al house and shellas all the way to temple no no no to where shella ends so you would have like a t it's gonna look like almost like uh you know let's say 67th avenue right they don't close it for cinco de mayo no no no so assuming This is 67 and this is the other street where the building start, right? This is the actual parking, right? Yeah, that's right. Yeah. If they were to close here and like, so it would look like we have all those side, big it right here would be the patio. So it would look something like this.

56:39Speaker 7

Yeah, the idea is to... That is the idea.

56:46Speaker 8

Yeah. To get back here, they could actually... To get back here, they could come through FedEx.

56:54Speaker 6

They could come through... Yeah, the other one. Yeah, the other one.

56:59 – 57:31Speaker 8

I mean, there's so many different ways. This street is almost like a dead yeah it's for children so ideally for state purposes state purposes a stage facing out this way yeah facing out towards the light exactly and then you have the stage here you have all the art where's uh strata all the art you have a stage here like they do at the um Crow Gables, when they do the Gables on the Mile.

57:31Speaker 6

Right, Miles on, yeah.

57:32 – 57:46Speaker 8

Yeah, the Calle Ocho for the rich, right? So you have the stage here. So the crowd stands here. They can walk over here, walk over here, and then on the grass, you have another stage.

57:48Speaker 8

Or cigar vendors, you have whatever vendors we're going to have. we have them on the grass. Yeah.

57:54Speaker 3

Yeah. Again, it all depends on the grams.

57:57Speaker 8

So I just want to put that out there because everything was done. There's no one on, on, on Shana's. No one goes out this door. Yeah.

58:04 – 58:36Speaker 3

I hear what you're saying. Put another state instead of putting the stage on, on this side, which is again, I I'm thinking everything to as what I possibly can do and what's going to work with what I, what I can get permission with it because everything that we're doing is I have to ask not only the town, but I have to ask the brands. And so it's double permission for everything. So that's why I had it on this side. I understand what you're saying. Closing the street. So if you can close the street, you can put it at the end. Yeah, for sure.

58:36 – 58:49Speaker 8

Almost like a real block body, like a real block. And everyone has around the water fountain, people sit around. Shellas has the seats and all the other seats. So it becomes real, like the real nice things.

58:51Speaker 5

I love that idea.

58:52Speaker 4

Because if we get this light off, people have to stop all the time.

58:56Speaker 8

It keeps crossing.

58:57Speaker 3

I agree 100%.

58:58 – 59:09Speaker 8

And this is a dead street. They have to. That's it. I hope you feel better.

59:10Speaker 6

Take care. If you want to go to my Dominican doctor, let me know.

59:20Speaker 8

And we have to think about, you have the parking behind the house.

59:26Speaker 7

I have the garage.

59:30Speaker 8

Right, and then you start the party for pediatric association.

59:34Speaker 6

Or they just go across the street where Duncan Donner is.

59:37Speaker 8

And what day is that? October 10th, Saturday. So Saturday, 59th Saturday, Sheryl has their own.

59:44Speaker 6

We're talking about. Okay, so perfect. Yeah.

59:50Speaker 8

And then whoever wants to go to.

59:51Speaker 3

Yeah, but there's tons of parking. There's parking all around the back and then all the other side. I'm not worried about the parking. I'm not worried about. So, yeah.

1:00:00Speaker 7

Okay, thank you. Anything else? Any questions? This is in progress. So we, you know, we did.

1:00:06Speaker 4

What kind of help are you going to need from the committee?

1:00:09 – 1:00:42Speaker 3

The committee, like something, so obviously since there's two stages, we're going to have to have some people on each stage kind of checking in artists or performers as they come in. That's one aspect. We're going to have to have people walking around to just make sure things are, that, you know, there's nothing crazy going on. Yeah. Probably within the artist space, having some presence in there as well. Just make sure that's all good in there. So we're going to all have to be spread out in different areas at this event.

1:00:43Speaker 6

And also our expense will be police, right?

1:00:45Speaker 3

Yes. So I asked about that.

1:00:46 – 1:00:57Speaker 8

I'm waiting on... And the expenses. We have the option for police, but we also have the option for security. Correct. Private security. Well, the thing was...

1:00:57Speaker 7

Private security. Right. Because that's a private city. And every time we do live, they are there.

1:01:02 – 1:01:31Speaker 3

Exactly. So that was already requested from... Isle and Isabella to check with the Grams if that could be offered by them, their security aspect, so that we didn't have to pay for the cost. Yes. Now, also, the other question was cleanup and that kind of thing. Oh, yeah. Did we need to provide for that? I'm sure. Or would the Grams help us with that as well? So that was already asked. I'm just waiting for the answer.

1:01:31Speaker 6

Yeah, all of that is an expense. Yeah. All right.

1:01:36 – 1:03:14Speaker 7

It's going to be fantastic. Okay, we've got the band. I got my agenda. We're on new business. New business. It's really quick. I've been talking to some artists and we're trying to see if we can do some kind of art registry. So the old artists, local artists can register and then we can sort of like like what he's doing with Hispanic Heritage, have like artist plays and so forth, like getting our local artists involved and older, you know, potential artists. So because we do have a musician and artist registry already, but most of them have been musicians. So I think we can create some kind of call for artists or whatever. And then start spreading the word because we do have artists and we want them involved and participating in the exhibits because even within Main Street Live, we want to have artists there. So people can listen to the music and if we have a reason, they can come and see art. But we need to get the word around and maybe do that, do it separate, separate from musicians because we're not getting the artists, we're getting musicians. So that's something we're going to check out a lot. I don't know if we need to make a motion to approve this, but I'll make it anyway. I'll make a motion to create a single artist registry so we can separate them. So I'll make that motion.

1:03:15Speaker 6

You can separate them in different categories.

1:03:17 – 1:03:49Speaker 7

No, actually, what we have right now is the artists and musicians registry. So what we have been getting is mostly musicians, not artists. Okay. We split them and then have musicians registry and artists registry. So all the artists will go to one place and it's easier to, I guess, to identify them. So I don't know if we voted for that one before for the women in the registry, but I'll make a motion to create an individual artist registry. Excellent.

1:03:49Speaker 4

Yeah. How is the registry title now?

1:03:52 – 1:04:50Speaker 7

It's called that, the Musicians and Artist Registrar. Oh, it's both of them. So separating them? I want to separate them because that way it's easier to know who's there. And then we have to check without because actually I don't have the latest one for the musicians. I mean, there have been a lot of them that want to participate with our concerts. But yeah, I think we need to separate them because it's two different kind of art and music. Um, so who's second? Second. Okay. Uh, discussion. Uh, all in favor? Aye. Okay. Thank you. Um, I'll ask Al to break it into two. And then collaboration. This is a real quick one. Um, as, as you know, we are, uh, Christmas. Um, on Christmas, uh, BookTalk. BookTalk is getting very expensive.

1:04:51 – 1:05:27Speaker 7

And we know that Youth Activity Task Force does have a holiday event. And I think it would be good if we can collaborate with them. They do have a Mrs. Claus and a Santa. I don't know if they have someone who's telling stories. But I have to talk to them to see what it is that they do. Because they have movies and they have all kinds of activities for kids. And we don't want to duplicate that. I mean, they're doing Christmas and we're doing Christmas. So it saves a ton of money, too. If we can, you know, join together and do something. Of course, they do it at night. And we've been having trouble getting people to attend.

1:05:27Speaker 6

And this is close, it's kind of expensive. You know, the last time.

1:05:30 – 1:05:47Speaker 7

I mean, she's great and all that, but let's see. Let me talk to Amy from it. Let's see how we can, you know. I'll make a motion that we incorporate our Christmas event with the youth task instead of having the book reading by Mrs. Cross. Second. Are they on board with that?

1:05:47 – 1:06:10Speaker 6

Are they willing to do that? They'll find out when we talk to them.

1:06:11Speaker 7

They're going to happen.

1:06:13Speaker 6

They're going to say no to us. If they have an expense for that.

1:06:21Speaker 7

We can't share too much expense.

1:06:25Speaker 8

How is that benefiting us?

1:06:29Speaker 6

Because that money is going to go to the book top in September.

1:06:33 – 1:07:53Speaker 7

yeah because remember so so by doing that we save money to allocate to book talk to the book in september yes we help them but we help ourselves too because we she only has 95 dollars right if we don't do this then basically we have to get rid of this box yeah so okay talk is more uh brings more more yeah yeah more you know intellectual yeah well they're already bringing miss mrs claus and santa claus you know so why we think you know the same yeah don't look at it yeah but let's see what what they offer and i've seen them but i don't know if they do any yeah they're good they're good or whatever let's just take or something okay So all in favor? Aye. Okay. Okay. Great. Okay. Any announcements, anybody? No? Okay. Make sure that who's going to be on the 4th of July? Who's coming? Oh, who's going to be there? That's right. He's going to be there. I'll be there. Anybody else? Raise your hand. Okay, please be there and we'll talk more, you know, coordinating the final thing.

1:07:54Speaker 4

But through the chair, because last year I didn't know what to do. Can we have like a designated responsibility?

1:08:02 – 1:08:19Speaker 7

I think we can have a booth at a table, but we'll definitely be there. We were more involved this year than last year. because we're actually the . Yes, so yeah, we passed out things.

1:08:19Speaker 6

Yes, we did a lot of things.

1:08:23 – 1:08:34Speaker 7

They click the kids' paint zone and another one planning the photo op and so forth. I know the food trucks are on their own, but we'll get organized.

1:08:34Speaker 4

Announcements of fishing tournament.

1:08:35Speaker 7

Oh, the fishing tournament. Well, that's part of it. Please spread the word. Keep it. So we have the first one in the first tournament?

1:08:44Speaker 4

I think that should be it.

1:08:46 – 1:09:04Speaker 7

Okay, Charles, Elsa, Justin. So it's one, two, three. Okay, we'll be there having fun like always. Okay, our next meeting is going to be June, July 8th, I'm sorry. I hope it's the right date.

1:09:05Speaker 6

make a motion to adjourn and not make
