Boc - Regular Meeting

We have to pay it. All righty. Okay. This is the annual financial report meeting for the Clay Township. And our uh first item of business today is uh stating our officers. And our officers are Larry Gingrich. He's our chairman. And Gary her is our member, our other member. Um, moving into our annual financial report, our listing of funds. Uh, for our first fund we have is our township fund. The beginning balance for January 1st, 2025 was $47,445. We took in receipt total of $52,39542. We dispersed $12,98.91 and our ending cash balance as of December 31st, 2025 was $87,74156. Our firefighting fund beginning balance January 1st, 2025, $94,279.85 85 receipts taken in $41,293.98 and we dispersed a total of $37,833 for an ending cash balance on December 31st, 2025 of $97,74083.

Our cumulative fire fund beginning balance was $20,142.38. We took in $20,62.73. We dispersed $20,000 for an ending cash balance on December 31st, 2025 of $30,2511. Our township assistance fund began on January 1st at 17,671.7. We took in no funds. We dispersed no funds. Our ending balance on December 31st was $17,671.7. The rainy day fund started January 1st with a balance of $11,5949. We dispersed $3,000 for an ending balance on December 31st of $8,5949. Our beginning balance our as of January 1, 2025 was 1,00 I'm sorry $191,4784. We took in a total of $123,752.13. We dispersed a total of $72,931.91 for an ending cash balance of on December 31st, 2025 of $241,8686. This is our total financial

balances for the end beginning and end of 2025. Are there any questions? I move we accept and approve the annual financial report as presented. I second.

Thank you, gentlemen. That was um by Gary her and seconded by Larry Gri. Our next item of business is our new business and that is the Clay Township Cemetery mowing contract. Um that will be with Keith Migrant and Keith is going to receive $235 per mowing. Um, this was budgeted in our budget hearing back in uh the fall of 2025. And so we just have our contract here that um he and I will sign. And as I stated, he will be receiving $235 per mowing for the 2026 mowing season. They should ask that accept it.
