Approve retroactive Agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc., in the amount of $100,000, to provide prompt access to the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care's Coordinated Entry System for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Mendocino County, using California Homeless Coordinating and Financing Council Grant Funds for the Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention Program, effective January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026; authorize the Social Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
