I call the Wednesday, July 15th, 2026 council business meeting to order. I met with the council members at 5 p.m. in the sixth floor council conference room for a briefing to discuss tonight's agenda. At 5.30, we moved here to the first floor chambers to conduct the council business meeting in person. And because we encourage community involvement, we invite the public to join us in person, attend via remote option through Zoom, or view on BCAT. The council will accept spoken public comment on the items under the consent agenda. We have also set aside time at the end of the meeting for communi

13:24 – 13:39•Jane Rebelowski

I have a question for you. Besides the big poster that the health department has, can you leave up at the council office some smaller ones? And that way when we have council meetings, we can just bring them down here so people coming in.

13:43•Jane Rebelowski

I really appreciate you coming in and talking to us.

15:37 – 15:50•Jane Rebelowski

Is there, well, is there anybody in the public who would like to comment on the consent agenda? And Mr. Runyon did ask that he could do it remotely, but I see you're here in person, so, okay.

16:49 – 17:08•Jane Rebelowski

Well, we did discuss it at last week's study session, but perhaps our city attorney or finance director could just give a very brief, it's a code cleanup. It's not adding anything at this time, it's cleaning up the code. In what respect?

17:42•Jane Rebelowski

All right, thank you. Thank you. Mr. Camacho?

19:26•Jane Rebelowski

Can I talk? Who would like to speak next, please?

20:37•Jane Rebelowski

Thank you. Anybody else like to speak on the agenda?

20:55 – 21:08•Jane Rebelowski

Ma'am, right now at this point of the agenda, it's just about things on our consent agenda. Later on in the meeting, you're allowed to come and talk about any subject that you would like to.

22:44 – 23:17•Jane Rebelowski

Thank you for your comments. Is there anybody else who would like to speak to items on the consent agenda? Oh, is there anybody? I think the only person who had signed up is here in person. So, all right.

23:25 – 23:39•Jane Rebelowski

That's it. That's it? Okay. So nobody else wants to speak on this, all right. Seeing no additional comments, we will move to council consideration of the consent agenda.

23:46 – 23:59•Jane Rebelowski

Do we have a second? I'll second. Okay, we have a motion and a second. Is there any council discussion? I'm reading the script.
