AUTHORIZE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT GRANT APPLICATIONS TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY

Authorize the City Manager or her designee to submit grant applications to the Environmental Protection Agency, and if awarded, execute grant funding agreements and appropriate any grant funds received.

PURCHASE OF POLICE SRT TACTICAL BODY ARMOR

Authorize the City Manager, or her Designee, to issue a Purchase Order with Adamson Police Products in an amount not to exceed $129,628 for the purchase of SRT Tactical Body Armor carriers and accessories.

PURCHASE OF LICENSE PLATE READER (LPR) RADAR SPEED AND MESSAGING TRAILERS

Authorize the City Manager, or her Designee, to issue a Purchase Order with All Traffic Solutions, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $141,911 for the purchase of LPR Radar Speed and Messaging Trailers and to execute any implementing documents and take implementing actions, as necessary.

ACCEPTANCE OF COPS GRANT

Adopt a Resolution for the Acceptance and Spending plan of the 2025/26 State of California Citizens Option for Public Safety (COPS) Grant

CAPACITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE, TRANSITION, EXPANSION AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - INTERGOVERNMENTAL TRANSFER GRANT

Authorize Agreement with the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) for Grant Funding to Support Medi-Cal Housing Community Supports and Approving Required City Match Funding
