To consider the petition of Jake and Edna Shetler, who seek Variances regarding the following:
- To allow a single-family dwelling within a required 1000 foot setback from a neighboring feedlot, as well as to allow the dwelling to be located on Class I-III soils (prime) instead of Class IV-VIII (non-prime) soils in accordance with Winona County Zoning Ordinance Sections 8.5.1(1)(c) and 10.4.7(6). - Amended to include Findings of Fact (pg. 19)
