All right, we'll carry on. Um, our first case on the agenda tonight is a conditional use case. It was um has been continued by the applicant until until our next meeting on February 2nd. It's case C122514 located at 5250 Medford Drive. Uh, Mr. Patel is requesting conditional use approval for the operation of a liquor store that will be located at 5250 Medford Drive. Um, property is currently zoned C2 and this request for continuance was made by the applicant. Um, so if you're here for that meeting, please note that you will not receive any additional notices regarding this uh agenda item. You will just need to show up again on February 2nd at 6 PM. All right. And we're going to take a uh a group vote for all the continuences. So, I'm just going to keep reading through these. All right. Our next case, it uh was continued from the December 1st meeting. That was case S092536. This was Yates addition to Hoover. We had Mary Kinley Overby uh requesting final map approval for the Yates addition to Hoover located at 232 Caliente Drive and Martinwood Estates. Purpose of that plat is to adjust the property line dividing lot one block two. Property is currently zoned R1. Uh that has this case has also been requested by the applicant to be continued. Our next case is S102545 Blackidge commercial lots. Uh Scott Roar on behalf of Blackidge Partners is requesting preliminary map approval for the Black Blackidge commercial lots located at the south end of Blackidge Parkway. purpose of the plat to create two commercial lots and one common area uh property zone PUB. Um I do know the staff has some comments on that one. Um I don't necessarily think we need to

read through those. I know that we uh have talked about those and uh this applicant has also requested a continuence. All right. Next case is S122550 Birch Tree Swim and Racket Club. Rebecca Crossman um is requesting final map approval for the Birch Tree Swim and Racket Club. Purpose is to replplat uh and to resubdivide three lots and one acreage tract into two lots. Property is currently zoned R1 single family residential. Um I do know that there's some staff comments also on this one and that um applicant has requested a continuence as well. I am going to skip this next one. That's actually gonna it's not going to be continued. So, we'll come back to that one. That was case S 122554. We'll come back to that one in a moment. All right. Now, we have our preliminary and final map um cases. First one's S012601. Scott Roar is uh requesting preliminary map approval for Everly Phase 1F. Purpose of the request is to create 42 residential lots, two multifamily, and three common area lots. Property currently zoned PUB. This is another one that has staff comments. Um, and a continuence has been requested by this applicant as well. Next one, S012602 Collier Valley on Blackidge Parkway. Scott Roar on behalf of Hoover BG LLC and SB uh Development Corps DBA Signature Homes requesting preliminary map approval for Collier Valley Black Collier Valley Black Ridge Parkway located at 3721 Stadium Trace Parkway. The purpose of this request is to create road rideway and two common area lots. Property is currently not zoned.

This is located at 1330 Greystone Crest LLC. Requesting a final map approval. Purpose of the request is to combine lots 11 and 12 into one lot. Property is currently zone PR-1. And another one that some things are being worked through, questions asked by the staff and applicant is requesting a continuence on this one as well. Um, do we want to lump the conditional use, the last one also in our continuence or do we have anything you'all want to discuss about that one? Okay, let's keep on moving on. We do have one conditional use case which is also being requested to continue be continued. This is C01261 located at 1855 Montgomery Highway. Tanner Hinden on behalf of Hinden Urban Riverchase LLC is requesting conditional use approval to allow a drive-thru facility for the Dutch Brothers Coffee at the property located at 1855 Montgomery Highway in Riverchase, currently zoned PC. Um, another one that there are some staff comments that are needing to be addressed before it is comes before our commission for approval or for a vote. All right, that is all of our cases that are going to be continued if someone would like to make a motion.

Uh staff comments are that they recommend approval contingent on submittal of the final signed myar and the ark concurrence. I know we have already discussed this previously in our work session.
