10660 Calvine Road Map (PLNG25-011):

A public hearing to consider a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide one parcel into 2 lots with a minimum size of 2 gross acres each. Construction of new homes is not proposed at this time. Any new home construction resulting from the Project will be required to comply with the City's Climate Action Plan measures for new one- or two-unit residential construction. The Project Site is located at 10660 Calvine Road; APN: 123-0150-015. Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution finding the Project exempt from CEQA pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15315; and approving the Tentative Parcel Map for the 10660 Calvine Road Map Project (PLNG25-011) based on the findings and subject to the conditions of approval included in the draft Resolution.
