That the City Council adopt Resolution 2026-15, Continuing the Declaration of Emergency in connection with Emergency Repairs at the Domestic/Industrial Treatment Facilities under Resolution 2026-13.
Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Sanger and Sanger Middle Management Organization.
That the City Council approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Sanger and Sanger Middle Management Organization (Mid Management) for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, authorize the City Manager to execute the MOU, and authorize staff to update the Master Salary Schedule.
Adopt a Resolution of Intention (Resolution 2026-16) to Approve an Amendment to the contract between the Board of Administration of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) and the City Council of the City of Sanger
That the City Council adopt a Resolution of Intention to approve an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the City of Sanger and the Board of Administration of CalPERS, to eliminate the employee cost share contribution of 3.56% of the employer’s portion.
Out of State Travel – ICSC Las Vegas 2026
That the City Council authorize out-of-state travel for Mayor Frank Gonzales, City Manager Nathan Olson, and Community Development Director Dr. Joshua Goggins to attend the ICSC Las Vegas tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nevada, from May 17-19, 2026.

That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-17, which accepts the grant of easement for public street, utilities, and related purposes through the property known as Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 322-123-27.

That the City Council: 1. Receive the quarterly presentation from the Chamber of Commerce, if any. 2. Receive an update from Staff regarding contract compliance and provide direction to Staff as may be appropriate.
