City Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

One minute to start, tech team. Okay, thank you. Welcome, everyone, to the regular meeting for the Minneapolis Planning Commission for September 14th, 2026. My name is Chris Meyer, and I'm chair of the commission. Unfortunately, we do not have a quorum today, and we do not believe we're going to get one because people are out of town. So because of the lack of quorum, we're not able to take any actions formally. and all agenda items will have to be continued to our next meeting on September 28th at 4.30 p.m. However, since there are public hearing items on today's agenda that were properly publicly noticed, we'll still allow any members of the public wishing to speak to submit testimony regarding the items on the printed agenda If you're able to come back on the 28th, I suggest doing that so that you can speak in front of a majority of the body on the day that we'll actually be able to make the decision. But if you're not able to come back on the 28th, we will allow you to speak now. It'll be on video and people will be able to see it. So is there anyone who wanted to speak on either of our two items who is not able to return for our next regular meeting on the 28th? Anyone? Okay. Since we don't have a moment for today, with that, all the public hearing and action items are postponed until our next regularly scheduled meeting on September 28th at 4.30 here at the Public Service Center. So I don't know if I can declare it adjourned since we didn't start it, but that's it. Thank you. And apologies.
