Recommend adoption of a Resolution to vacate a portion of an unnamed platted Right-of-Way (ROW) easement.

Discussion and direction on a proposed Ordinance amending Section 14.14.02, Lake County Code, Appendix E, Land Development Regulations.

Recommend approval to advertise an Ordinance providing for the levy of an additional school district ad valorem millage tax in Lake County.

Discussion and direction on establishing a minimum lot size, road frontage, and landscape buffer from public roads for residential development.

Recommend approval to authorize the Chairman to execute letters of support to the County's federal legislative delegation and FEMA advocating for the restoration of funding for the NFIP Community Rating System (CRS) program.

Recommend approval to appoint a member to the WellFlorida Council as a Lake County Provider.

Two applications were received, and there is only one (1) Lake County Provider position vacant. - Juana De La Cruz (Ms. De La Cruz is scheduled to be reappointed to District 2, Seat 1 for the Children's Services Council at the April 28, 2026, BCC meeting). - Christopher Gonzalez

Recommend approval to appoint a member to the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) and applicable waiver.

- Resident who is a concerned citizen for affordable housing: Don Spivey (term ending 11/30/27) Unless otherwise listed herein, the applicant is not a current member of another board or committee through appointment from the Board of County Commissioners (Board). Commissioner Timothy Morris is the Board's liaison for AHAC.
