Recommend approval and presentation of a Proclamation designating April 12-18, 2026, as National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week.
Recommend approval of the Clerk's Consent Agenda (Items 1-3):
1. Notice is hereby provided of warrants paid prior to this meeting, pursuant to Chapter 136.06 (1) of the Florida Statutes, which shall be incorporated into the Minutes and filed in the Board Support Division of the Clerk's Office. 2. Notice is hereby provided of having received the Estates at Cherry Lake Community Development District proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2026/2027 in accordance with Section 190.008(b), Florida Statutes, for purposes of disclosure and information. 3. Notice is hereby provided of having received the Greater Lakes/Sawgrass Bay Community Development District proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2026/2027 in accordance with Section 190.008(b), Florida Statutes, for purposes of disclosure and information.
Recommend approval and adoption of Devarjaye "DJ" Daniel Day proclamation, per Commissioner Parks.
Recommend approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the Lake County Tax Collector regarding Commercial Lease Space and funding.
The estimated fiscal impact is $187,285.25 (expenditure) for Fiscal Year 2026 and $606,277.73 (expenditure) for Fiscal Year 2027.
Recommend approval and execution of the Intergovernmental Coordination and Review and Public Transportation Collaborative Planning Agreement.
This agreement will supersede and replace the previous agreement dated August 26, 2015. There is no fiscal impact.
Recommend approval to adopt the updated 2026 Lake County Multi-Jurisdictional Local Mitigation and Resilience Strategy Plan and authorize the Chairman to execute the accompanying Resolution.

The estimated fiscal impact is $146,656 — $99,740 (revenue/expenditure) and $46,916 (expenditure – County funded) and is included in the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget.
Recommend approval of a State Grant Agreement Number QG048 with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).
The fiscal impact is $1,500,000 (revenue/expenditure — grant funded).
Recommend approval to accept public Right of Way and Easement Deeds.

Recommend approval to appoint a member to the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) and applicable waiver.

Commissioner Timothy Morris is the Board's liaison for AHAC.
