SUBJECT: Consolidating the Elections for Mayor and Council Members representing Districts 2 and 4 with the November 3, 2026 Statewide General Election
RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-56 calling and giving notice of the holding of a general municipal election to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, for the election of certain officers and requesting the Board of Supervisors of the County of Fresno to consolidate and canvass the election and permit the County Clerk/Registrar of Voters to render specified services to the City of Sanger relating to the conduct of the municipal election to be held on November 3, 2026, and appropriating funds to pay for said services.
