1:353

So moved.

1:360

The motion by Director Doring.

1:382

I'll second.

1:380

Second by Director Washington. All in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Carries unanimously.

1:46 – 2:400

Our administrative item number three on your agenda, pretty straightforward. We're looking to and it's good that we have somebody here in public comment on as a vested interest in this group, appoint American Canyon Mayor Pierre Washington as the representative to and Mayor Paul Doring as alternate to the Executive Board of the Association of Bay Area Governments, also known as ABAG, for the terms commencing on 07/01/2026, to expiring in 06/30/2028. So there were some attachments on this meeting, the bylaws and the history of ABAG appointments. So this item, is there anyone has provided any input or questions? Or Mayor Washington, Mayor Dorring, Looks like you're all on board.

2:40 – 3:002

Yeah. We are all on board. I I have to say the last couple of years, I had a chair that was awesome. That kind of got me up to speed what was going on with the ABAC. And I just want to say thank you. I appreciate everything you've done to kind of get me up to speed. And I am more than honored to continue to stay as the representative for ABAG.

3:000

We're honored to have you represent us in the county.

3:033

Mayor Washington's attendance has been perfect, so I'm more than happy to serve in my role.

3:100

So is that in the form of a motion?

3:143

That is in the form of a motion. You may want to take public comment. I don't know. There might be some detractors out there.

3:200

Well, was gonna go general public comment, but, yeah, if you wanna speak on this one, please.

3:25 – 3:484

Good morning, mayors. I haven't had the opportunity to say that collectively. Belia Ramos, Napa County supervisor, and I serve as president of the Association of Bay Area Government. So fortuitous that I am here for for this appointment. And just to add what mayor Doran said, yes, mayor Washington has been fully participating at ABEG.

3:48 – 4:164

We appreciate his input and his participation and I think it's it's more important now than ever that we remain engaged. Reminder, Napa County is the smallest of the nine Bay Area counties And as housing policy and transportation decisions are made at that regional level at ABAC, it's more important than ever to have a seat at the table and we are well represented with the selection that you have before you today. Thank you so much.

4:160

Thank you for your service, and thank you for your comments.

4:194

Thank you. So

4:24 – 5:030

now we'll take a motion by Mayor Dorring, Director Dorring. And I'll second. Washington. All in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Thank you much. Thank you, gentlemen. Good job, counsel. Good job, counsel. Yeah. Thanks for being here. That's a billable fifteen minutes maybe. So now general public comment. Do we have any general public comment on our selection committee? Seeing none, I don't have any reports or announcements. I don't know that there's anything else from Neha or even Anthony. Any directors?

5:033

No, sir.

5:050

All right. Well, at 09:27, we will adjourn. Thank you very much. Thank you, sir.

5:114

Thank you, Belial.
